Great location!
It was clean and neat. The home is older and could use some repair here and there but other than that we have no complaints. The a/c worked beautifully during our stay of near 100 degree temps. A short walk to shopping and tourist attractions. We would definitely return to this location.

It's ok but not great!
The home was what seemed to be fairly clean when we arrived. The home on the outside is MUCH more run down than the pictures show. There were large tree limbs on the ground in the back yard with all sand. The front yard has not been cleaned up in a while with uneven patio pavers for someone to easily trip on. These pavers were also under a tree that had not been trimmed in a while so you need to duck to get under when coming from the back yard or the driveway. The front driveway is a little difficult to park in if you have anything bigger than a car. The inside smelt old and as if the home had not been "open" for a while, almost like a musty cabin. The bathrooms are very small but manageable but the tile work really needs to be redone in one bathroom and also has water spots on the ceiling. If you have a group of 6 and you are staying several days you may want to buy toilet paper as they did not have enough stocked in the home to last us. This home also boasts sleeping for 6 but we did not have blankets or a flat sheet for the fold out bed so 2 people needed to share a small throw blanket. The beds were just ok, not super comfortable. Good TV options for down time. We were provided laundry detergent pods but no fabric softener, just an FYI. The location was good, a little walk outside of city center. The decor was well done. The neighbors were amazing!

We loved the location, easy walking to down town entertainment. We really enjoyed the large front porch. I would recommend bringing your own pillows!

1920’s bungalow…for sure
LONG POST…Great original wood floors and farmhouse sink. This seems to be a rental property only, and not someone’s part time home. There lots of books (but it seemed they were there for staging as much a reading). There was very little counter space in the kitchen which made our two week stay challenging as we love to cook with friends and family. The listing was clear there was no dishwasher and we had planned on that, but knowing that there could have been more dish soap provided. Both beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We gathered around the dining room table to visit as the sofa was smaller and other living room chairs weren’t very comfortable. Bathrooms were small, as you would expect from a 1920’s home, but there was adequate hot water. No vanities in either bathroom, so storage space was an issue for the two week stay, but would have been OK for a weekend. Great front porch with a nice set up for reading. Many dogs in the neighborhood and houses are very close, so plan accordingly. Parking was a hassle. The front spot was gated in and VERY narrow, I couldn’t get our Honda Odyssey into the space. The back parking (outside the gate) wasn’t long enough for the car either, so we had to open the gates and park in the sand area of the back yard. The back gates were almost off the hinges and so they stayed open the entire visit, they were also very narrow! So by parking in the back, you had to go out the front door, around to the back, and then to the car. The back door lock only worked from the inside so to secure the property , one of us went out the back, the other locked the door from the inside, walked through the house, locked the front door, walked around the back and to the car! It was just a tad frustrating. Another electronic lock on the back door would have solved this. To be fair, there was a space on the street as well, but that didn’t seem as secure to us. So, would I stay here again…maybe 2 or 3 days, but not two weeks. Certainly wouldn’t be my choice in Saint Augustine for a long term or seasonal rental.
