We were in town for an Auburn Alumni event and the location was ideal. You can watch beautiful sunsets right outside and the view of the lake is spectacular. It is located in a peaceful/quiet area but still within a reasonable distance to Auburn for an easy in/out on game day. The condo could have been cleaner, specifically the bathroom which had mold around the tub and the towels smelled of mildew. We did have an odd experience where the previous renter came to the back sliding door and without knocking was attempting to open our slider. They did not knock or try the front door either, they just went straight to attempting to come in through the glass slider. Luckily the slider was locked so my husband met them on the patio and retrieved the items for them. They were older gentleman and we felt no threat, but it was odd. We would definitely stay in this area again.

Best Sunsets

This area on the lake has some of the best sunsets and is so peaceful. We had a great time and the property was wonderful. Meeting some wonderful people both residences and vacationers. Property manager was great.

Lake Martin Condo

The condo was very nice and a great location for our Auburn football weekend. Our family has stayed here previously and looking forward to staying again. Our host was very prompt in answering our questions about check-in and providing information about activities.

Lake Life

Located on the water with a great view! Close to a grocery store and restaurants and within a very beautiful gated community. The condo itself had a couple of snafus but all in all it was a beautiful location and we enjoyed our stay!
