Tenants should reduce noise during the hrs of 10pm-8am. At no time should music, tvs, calls, etc be so loud they become a nuisance to neighbors.
Pool closes at 10pm. No smoking in pool area. Put umbrellas down and furniture back where it belongs. Dispose of trash. Never put furniture in pool.

We are from southeast Alabama and have been married for almost 30 years. Family is everything to us—we have two grown children, a wonderful daughter-in-law we consider a bonus daughter, and the sweetest granddaughter, who will soon have a baby cousin to play with.

While we originally started out with long-term rental properties, this lake condo is our first short-term rental—and honestly, the one we’re most excited about. StillWaters is the perfect retreat for us. Having grown up on Lake Eufaula and now enjoying “weekend golf,” we can’t wait to spend our free weekends at the lake and share this special place with our guests.

We chose StillWaters because it truly has everything we could want in a lake retreat. The gated community offers both comfort and peace of mind, with lake and marina access, a beautiful golf course, and a variety of dining options—including a daiquiri bar. Just steps from our condo, you’ll find the community pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water or the greens. Add in the welcoming spirit of a neighborhood church, and StillWaters feels like a complete getaway that blends relaxation, recreation, and community all in one place.
