Excellent property for a family of 5. 30 minutes from our favourite beach in Damgan. 5 minutes from supermarkets. Quiet neighbourhood and excellent patio to enjoy the evening sunshine.

A comfortable and well furnished house.

The house is well furnished and equipped with all the necessary things that one might need. It has a spacious garden and offers many games, table tennis, badminton, etc. The house is very clean and tidy and the communication with the owner (Eliane) went well. Overall we had a great experience.

Un excellent séjour !

Notre séjour à St Avé s'est parfaitement déroulé. La "petite Longère" est une maison dans laquelle on se sent vraiment bien et très rapidement "comme chez soi". Au-delà d'être vraiment charmante extérieurement et très bien décorée à l'intérieur, la maison est parfaitement adaptée à l'accueil d'une famille de 5 personnes. L'équipement et les ustensiles de cuisine sont vraiment très complets et surtout, tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le grand jardin engazonné et la magnifique terrasse qui est équipée de beaux transats et d'un beau mobilier de jardin sont vraiment très agréables par beau temps (et nous avons pu profiter d'une belle quinzaine bien ensoleillée !). Le centre ville de Vanne est très rapidement accessible ainsi que les différents points "touristiques" du golfe du Morbihan. Enfin, je finirai sur le très charmant accueil de Madame Hutter qui fait vraiment tout pour que les vacanciers qui viennent dans sa maison bénéficient des meilleures conditions pour passer de bonnes vacances.

A very handy base for exploring the Vannes region.

A beautifully restored stone house in the outer suburbs of Vannes with very easy access to the port city. The interior is minimalistic, clean and un cluttered. The owner is very welcoming, relaxed and helpful in every respect of the stay.

DECOUVERTE DU MORBIHAN

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par la propriétaire Mme HUTTER avec une adorable attention de mets gourmands BRETON à notre arrivée et de bons conseils pour visiter. La maison correspond très bien au descriptif, elle est agencée avec tous les équipements nécessaires, elle est confortable propre avec une belle disposition et décoration, elle est parfaite aussi pour une famille avec enfants. de plus le jardin et la terrasse sont très bien exposés, également très bon emplacement pour garer la voiture. Situation calme et proximité de tous les sites à visiter Parfait nous avons pu randonner, découvrir les Iles, la très belle ville de VANNES, et ses alentours notamment Saint AVE avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé un accueil très chaleureux pour les estivants. deux semaines parfaites trop justes pour tout découvrir et tout faire mais idéales pour se reposer également Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons pouvoir revenir - merci sylvie carole
