Completely Upgraded Suite near Convention Center and Downtown Salt Lake City

Our comfortable, contemporary, and convenient 1 bedroom suite is located on tree-lined 1st Avenue directly behind the magnificent Cathedral of the Madeline -- and offers a pleasant two block stroll to the heart of Salt Lake at Temple Square, Convention Center and other downtown attractions.

Fully remodeled and newly appointed in 2018, our spacious suite features designer decorative flourishes with a pristine kitchen stocked with all new appliances, spices and utensils to prepare your meal with seating for up to 4. For entertainment, host the big game on the living room s cable-enabled 65 inch High Definition TV. Or drift off to sleep in our plush bed watching the 42 inch TV in the bedroom. We include covered parking for 1. There is a large storage room to store your bikes or skis. The Kids portable bunk beds can optionally extend sleeping arrangements up to 6 guests.

The property has one bedroom and one newly remodeled bathroom. There is a new queen sleeper and of course, the Kids portable bunk beds.

We are delighted to share our suite - an exceptional accommodation for 6 guests(2 of which must be children) -- only a few quiet, safe luxury steps from the sights of downtown Salt Lake.

I’ve stayed here twice when visiting family in SLC. The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, and overall it is very comfortable. The courtyard entrance is private and easy. It’s walking distance to downtown, City Creek Center, Harmon’s, and several restaurants.

Absolutely would stay here again! It felt like home away from home for my husband and I. Great location! Walking distance to the city; coffee and sandwich shops near by. The place was absolutely spotless!! Kitchen very well stocked with anything you moght need for cooking meals in; and the bed was comfy! The space is very comfortable for 2 people; could accommodate 4, but more than that might be a little tight. Good communication with host/easy check in and out; also covered parking!! Great stay!!

The property is as advertised and it’s in a great location, close to many activities in and around Salt Lake City. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen, and soap/shampoo are provided in the bathroom. There are lots of throw blankets for chilly evenings. Toni communicated very quickly when we had a question prior to arrival.

This is our second stay in this adorable apartment and it has been a perfect landing spot for my husband and I when visiting family close by and enjoying SLC ! It’s a clean and comfortable space and well equipped with everything you need! Not to mention the great location in a nice, walkable neighborhood and just a quick 10 min walk to City Creek mall and the Temple area. Super easy check-in process too! Covered parking! Its all good here!! Will be staying again!

Spotless getaway

This apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of grocery stores and shopping/restaurants. The unit was spotless, with all the needed kitchen equipment, washer, dryer, etc. The A/C was super cold which is always a plus. We enjoyed walking through the Avenues, looking at all the cool houses, churches, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at this cute apartment! The location is great, the apartment itself is very lovely, and we had a nice stay. The only con- the bathroom is quite small. This was no issue for us at all, but if you are quite tall you might find the shower a bit uncomfortable. 5/5 stars, definitely recommend!

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and homey feeling unit. Communication with Toni was excellent throughout even when we extended our stay last minute. Everything was very clean and the unit was well stocked with everything you might need during a short stay. The Purple mattress we slept on was incredibly comfortable. The location is central to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, and other great attractions including the Vivint Arena. We would without question definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and loved the location of the property. We enjoyed walking to local coffee shops in The Avenues and then also being able to walk to downtown SLC for dinners out. This unit will be more better stocked than any property you have stayed in. Everything that you will need in the kitchen including all small appliances, dishes, glasses, all linens, extra pillows and blankets. Everything is new. We have completely remodeled the space with all new furniture, bedding, mattress, etc. We take pride in making sure that your vacation is perfect! You can walk to the convention center, downtown Salt Lake City, and Temple Square. You can hop on public transportation a few blocks away. Safe neighborhood.
