Great location in the heart of downtown. Easy walk to great food, shopping, and entertainment. Close to the light rail public transit stop for a quick trip from and to the airport. Very clean and neat loft. It was an enjoyable stay!

Great location in downtown. Only a block or so away from shopping and events. Beautiful and clean space. We felt very comfortable and at home. The host was great and we loved our time here. I really appreciated having a designated parking space in the underground parking garage. It felt very safe and sound.

We loved that it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Delta center. Parking in the garage for my truck was extremely tight. The loft was clean and had everything we needed. We would book again.

Beautiful, spacious loft in a historic location! Can easily accommodate two couples comfortably. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our overnight short stopover - the adjacent restaurant served great Chinese fare and the bar on either side had great live music to enjoy over drinks. Capitol Theatre was a quick 7 minute walk and we also enjoyed a simple brunch the following morning at the Ramblers cafe. The only opportunity for improvement I’d say would be to have distinct parking instructions - current write-up led us to park in the structure opposite from the Axis building. But! the host was excellent with their communication and had it resolved for us in no time.

This place was a great stay! Detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful — with a great view too! We struggled with finding the garage at first but that was only because it was dark and raining. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, It's a unique apartment with a very open floor plan. Private gated garage parking. Tight for my full size truck but it's nice to have a designated space Close proximity to the Salt Palace convention center.

This property was ideal for a quick walk to the Delta Center. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The view was nice since it is a top floor unit. The trees across the street were even decorated for Christmas. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe for walking.

This is a lovely loft apartment in a perfect location if you are attending a conference at the Salt Lake Palace. The clean, modern, industrial decor was inviting and bright. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was perfect and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. It lacks privacy secondary to the open loft bedrooms, but works out fine if you are staying with a friend. There are several great restaurants and coffee shops within a block or two. A great shopping district as well. We would definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

5-Star Stay – Perfect Location Across from the Convention CenterThis apartment was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better — directly across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, which made it incredibly convenient for attending the conference. Being able to walk right across the street saved so much time and made the whole trip stress-free.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. It had everything I needed for the stay and felt welcoming the moment I walked in. Only area of improvement is the shower. A hose in the backyard is about the same. Haha. If you have long beautiful hair- just do a good wash and blow out before. However- bedding- amazing. Location- amazing. Even had a great restaurant and live music (the kind that’s quiet and enjoyable) two doors down. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, literally across the street. Our friends were jealous. I would recommend.

During your stay, there was a bit of plumbing work going on in the building that may have affected the water pressure. Also, The two shower heads have different settings on them. One of the settings sprays like a hose and other settings spray like the typical shower heads. Let us know if you have any other concerns.
