Birdwatchers Paradise on 1.5 ac Golfing hiking & More

This 3 bedroom home has a wonderful front & backyard where wildlife love to hang out, especially birds. Bordering the home is the pathway of deer in early morning or at dawn. It features three bedrooms with queen size beds. the master has an additional twin bed. There are two full baths garage and fully equipped kitchen. Towels and linens are there too. High speed internet and cable are there and two big TVs. Az Tax License 21445832

This home was a superhost statis before I took it off for awhile and the program could find the old reviews. Yard is very private and you and the birds will love it. There are two bird baths and numerous bird seed containers and hummingbird feeders.

The cedar covered patio has chairs, table and barbeque. or sitting in the patio, there are lots of birds that come into your yard as it is quiet. There are lots of flowers that have nectar for the birds also. it backs up to a ranch so it is very private. Back yard is fenced.

There are tons of roads that are rural that you walk on as well as established footpaths nearby, a state hiking trail, and other paths.

I have also taken numerous classes in business, art and teaching techniques at the University of Phoenix and several community colleges In the 70's I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua for two plus years and girl scout leader. When my kids were adults I volunteered with the Interfaith volunteers from Flagstaff and went to Honduras, Mexico and small towns around Arizona that needed help

As a person who grew up in Los Angeles, I prefer a more quiet setting with crystal clear skies and panoramic sunsets and birds and hawks.
