Ein Stern

Die Wohnung war sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig ( Eklig). Überall Staub und Haare . Der Terrassen Tisch brach zusammen weil die Beine notdürftig geklebt waren . Internet ging nicht ,auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen . Von der Terrasse sieht man auf eine gegenüberliegende weiß Wand und man hat nur 2 Stunden Sonne zum Sonnen . Wir sind nach einer Woche abgereist ( hatten 2 Wochen gebucht ) . Klimaanlage roch ständig als würde jemand rauchen . Da müssten mal alle Filter gewechselt werden . Positiv waren die Matratzen und die Toilette .Fazit die Wohnung gehört Grund renoviert und gereinigt. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und vor allem die Handbrause müsste dringend erneuert werden. Außerdem quietscht die Mischbatterie in der Dusche alle 2 Minuten die ganze Nacht . Und , und , und . Die Dame die uns begrüßt war sehr nett , konnte aber kein englisch .Auch Frau Serbetot war erreichbar und versuchte einiges am Anreisetag wegen des säubern zu regeln .

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

2. Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Tiefgarage und nahe Wege. Schöne große Terrasse, Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Hohes Sicherheitsgefühl, da abgeschlossene Wohnanlage.

Emplacement parfait au capucins

Emplacements pour 4 personnes,à 2 pas des plages !!!! A quelques pas du port et du centre ville le top du top! Accueil parfait et chaleureux. Il faudrait revoir le ménage « poils de chat partout à notre arrivée , vaisselle à relaver ,coussins ,plaids…« Seul point faible. Voir de changer l’étendoir il est en fin de vie. Mais autrement un super séjour

Superbes vacances

Et le logement y est pour quelque chose. La propriétaire est très accueillante, disponible et au petits soins dès les premiers échanges. Ces derniers ont été très simples par sms. Elle nous a conseillé sur les choses à voir. L'appartement est idéalement placé en face des plages et restaurant à 5min. Le port, marché et centre ville accessibles en 10 min à pieds. Il est suffisamment spacieux et est très bien équipé. Possède une grande terrasse et un box en sous-sol pratique car peu de place dans la rue. Rien à redire sur la propreté et la qualité de la literie. Nous remercions la propriétaire d'avoir accepté notre chien dans le logement. Vraiment nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

L'eau du robinet imbuvable. La propriétaire ne nous l'à pas dit. Proteges matelas sales, lit 2 places dans la chambre partagé en deux matelas donc inadéquat pour un confort optimal , ma mère de 80 ans en a beaucoup souffert et en ce qui me concerne le matelas canapé inconfortable et les ressorts trop bruyants et douloureux pour le dos (dans le salon). Beaucoup trop cher.

Schönes Appartment in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Appartment sehr genossen und uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles stimmte mit der Beschreibung überein. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit sehr guten Matratzen. Das Bad hatte eine sehr gute Größe. Angenehm war, das die Toilette getrennt war. Die Terrasse war sehr groß und lud zum abendlichen Verweilen und Essen ein. Grill, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Ebenfalls von Vorteil war die Tiefgarage mit abschließbarem elektrischem Garagentor. Vielen Dank für eine sehr schöne Zeit - Merci beaucoup

Appartement trés agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement propre et très bien équipé, dans une résidence calme, neuve, propre et très fleurie en bord de plage. Proche de toute commodité, nous n'avons quasiment pas eu à utiliser la voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corinne qui nous à donné des indications sur les lieux à visiter et sur les meilleurs restaurants et places de la ville. De superbes marchés les mardis et dimanches matins et un marché nocturne tous les soirs jusqu'à minuit sur le vieux port très sympa à faire en famille. Je conseille fortement cet appartement, nous pensons déjà à notre séjour l'année prochaine!

Tres belle apartemment de vacances

Appartement très bien située et agencée pour une famille comme nous, avec un enfant en bas age et un chat. La plage a 2 min a pied.ascenseur pratique avec une poussette.garage très grand Des restaurant tout au long de la plage Bout'chou de 10 mois passée son temps sur la spacieuse terrasse. Barbecue électrique a disposition.Internet,TV fonctionne parfaitement On a manque de rien dans cette appartement,juste une semaine de plus pour mieux en profitez... On a passe une semaine excellente A recommander!!!
