About this property

70m2 town apartment, located a stone's throw from the old port.

Old and typical apartment. Located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building in the old town of La Ciotat, it is clear because it is "through".
2 minutes from the old port, you can do everything on foot, shopping, leisure and swimming.
It has all the amenities and wifi, shared, from July 15, 2024.
Designed for 5, the beds: 1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 120 and a sofa bed of 140 are comfortable.
A baby travel bed, equipped with a mattress, a fitted sheet, a top sheet and a fleece duvet (all in cotton) can be made available, if necessary, for €25 for stays of one week maximum, €40 beyond.
Household linen (sheets, duvet or blanket depending on the season, towels and washcloth, tea towel and tablecloth) can be made available, for €25 per person, for the duration of your stay.
Regarding the presence of animals, we do not refuse them but ask you to tell us about it before booking.
There are parking lots nearby. If you want to reserve one of the paid parking lots, contact us.

A manager will take care of you, Coco. She will show you the apartment, give you the keys, ask you for the deposit, the holiday liability certificate from your insurer as well as the costs of the baby bed and household linen, if you take any.
She will answer your questions, will do her best to satisfy you as best as possible and it is with her that you will discuss the subject of cleaning at the end of your stay (she will ask you for a fixed price of €60, or more exceptionally, to do it herself cleaning if you do not wish to do so).
Do not hesitate to ask us for any clarification or adjustment to the general conditions.

A wonderful discover in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and discovery of La Ciotat. Communication with the owner was clear and very helpful and we were warmly welcomed on arrival by the lovely Coco. Who couldn't have been more helpful despite our late arrival. The apartment which served all our needs is old and full of charming character.

Au pied du port de la ciotat, l'endroit est magnifique. Les rues sont vraiment atypiques et c est vraiment tout ce que j'aime.L'hébergement est propre, il est tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaiselle, four, ect) la 1er chambre est idéale pour un ado, la seconde pour les parents et dans le salon il y a un canapé lit pour 2 idéal aussi pour des enfants ado ou un couple. Il y a pleins de choses a faire aux alentours.Mes enfants se sont régalés surtout dans les calanques de muguel.Si je dois y revenir c'est dans le même endroit.

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances à la Ciotat. l'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier historique à une dizaine de minutes de la plage à pied.Il est très ancien et rustique mais spacieux et il y a tout ce qu'il faut.Excellente communication avec la propriétaire et la personne sur place.

Großartiger Aufenthalt!! Hafen, Strand, Supermärkte alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin hat uns auch ein Ticket für ein Parkhaus (3 min zu Fuß vom Appartement) organisiert.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement un peu rustique, ce qui lui donne un beau cachet, très agréable ! Très bien situé au coeur de toute commodité, le port et les plages sont accessibles à pied et la rue est relativement calme. Le contact avec Avié est très fluide et très agréable, et l'accueil de Coco très sympa. Ma fille, mon petit fils et moi sommes ravis de notre séjour. Je recommande !

Location idéale pour profiter de la Ciotat

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement typique des anciens quartiers de la Ciotat. Vieux meubles solides, tommettes, l'équipement est assez ancien mais cela nous a parfaitement convenu pour ces quelques jours. De plus, nous étions à 3 mn à pieds du vieux port, 10 mn à pieds des plages et en plein coeur des rues commerçantes et des bars et restaurants. L'appartement nous a offert la possibilité de dormir dans des pièces séparées et est ideal avec un chien, car on peu lui aussi l'isoler dans la cuisine au besoin sans risque. Bref très bien dans l'ensemble. La 4G passe très bien, par contre pas de wifi, comme décrit par la propriétaire. En résumé très bon séjour.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous ne le savions pas, mais le centre de la Ciotat est totalement piétonnier. Du coup : très calme. C'est un appartement ancien , comme tous ceux de la rue. Du coup, on s'y sent bien.Equipement Electroménager très complet. Il nous a manqué des tentures pour les fenêtres : les persiennes du midi n'occultent pas beaucoup... Petit détail : si vous apportez vos draps, n'oubliez pas une ou deux polaires, surtout hors de la période estivale. Le contact avec Coco et Avié a été excellent. La Ciotat est une petite ville extrêmement attachante, que nous avons hâte de retrouver

L'emplacement en plein centre de la Ciotat et la proximité du port correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le quartier reste animé et l'appartement est vieillot mais le prix est en corrélation.
