Welcome home to Seaglass150 at Island Club! Spacious, airy, immaculate, newly updated and upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 -1/2 bathroom villa. Raised first floor with large balcony overlooking a beautiful lagoon and fountain. Just minutes to the pool, tennis courts and beach. Step out of the door and walk up the beautifully landscaped walkway to the private beach. No outside streets to cross. This villa is privately owned and managed which allows us to offer many more amenities than a rental company. Seaglass150 is a home away from home and is designed to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Luxurious thick towels and a new King mattress and bedding. Queen sofabed and two chairs in the living room with games, puzzles and books for cozy nights home. Seating for 4-6 in the dining area plus dining for four on the balcony. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and much more for the perfect vacation .

Island Club is a hidden Gem. A Tropical Paradise, away from the traffic and crowds yet minutes from stores and restaurants. Under 3 miles to the Shelter Cove Shopping and Entertainment Complex. The resort offers a children s program, ages 5 to 12, during the summer, as well as a beachside playground, outdoor dining pavilion with Weber gas grills and beach games. A beautiful pool with a waterfall, zero entry children s pool with a mushroom waterfall, large hot tub and sunning pool. Of course tennis is included with an onsite tennis and pro shop , as well as a gym with his/hers shower and saunas.
You will truly love the lush, well manicured, tropical feel of the Island Club and enjoy waking up to the sparkling water with ducks and turtles right off of your private deck.

A dream come true to spend time in a fantastic place with my family and to share this experience with the best guests in the world!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the bright spacious space and the location was fantastic! The tropical feel and well tended property at Island Club was exactly what we were looking for. Just steps, literally 300 steps, to the dunes yet even closer to the pool and amenities that Island Club has to offer. Coffee in the morning on the deck where you can watch ducks and turtles. Enjoy the birds singing right off the balcony.
What makes this property unique
Immaculate and fully stocked! This unit has only 5 steps and is very spacious. No climbing up and down stairs all day. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Soothing colors and decor hand picked to make you feel at home instead of in a hotel room. We provide beach towels! Bikes! Plus a cooler and other items that the rental companies do not provide .
