Great Stay

This was a great spot for our family! On the first floor so an easy set of stairs to get to the room, ample parking, great views! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and spacious

Fun weekend trip

Stayed here with 5adults and there was more than enough room for us, our groceries, luggage, etc. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, extra bedding, kitchen gear and games. We enjoyed the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. It’s also beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our time at the beach and we will definitely book again.

Condo is a bit tired. No handle on fridge, DR chairs badly stained, closets messy, porch furniture rusted. BUT wonderful view, beach, pool and community! Excellent location and with a little love this place is a five star.

Great view and location to beach

We really enjoyed the first floor location being elevated above parking garage. It allowed us to see the ocean from balcony. Pool and walkways to beach were clean and easy to navigate. We liked the closeness to the beach and were on the beach every day. Multiple tvs and WiFi allowed us to unwind watching what we wanted. Washer and dryer is a plus with all the outdoor activities to enjoy.

Great location. Condo needs upgrades.

Location is great! Amazing accessibility to the beach, just steps away. Love being in Palmetto Dunes. This condo was a bit dated compared to other units we have rented previously in the area. The master bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and the location can’t be beat, but will look for a more updated condo to rent next time. Vacasa management was great to work with!

Nice but a little outdated

The location of this property was really great with the pool being steps away and the beach just a few minutes walk. The decor of this property is a little old. The pots and pans in the unit were well used and very cheap/thin and wish they were of better quality.

Good for the price!

All in all our family enjoyed the condo, it was spacious for our family of 5. We weren’t all on top of one another. The biggest downfall we had with it, was the AC. The main bedroom & the smaller bedroom had very little airflow from the ac, it was extremely hot at night in those rooms. We enjoyed our experience!

Nice but needs some TLC

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. Living room furniture does need upgrading. Door handle on the refrigerator is broken. The sliding glass door screens are torn and need some attention. The hot tub was closed until the last day of our trip which was a disappointment as the weather was conducive to using it. Loved the pool, but felt it needed vacuuming; there was a lot of debris on the bottom. I was happy to see that the pool was indeed still open though, as the booking information for the rental mentions that the pool is closed October 1 until April 1? I think with a bit of maintenance and updating, this unit and the grounds would make for an excellent vacation rental.

Private community with ocean view

This is a nice unit. The bedrooms/baths are on opposite sided of the unit with the living area in between. Good for privacy. Since our visit was in December, the area was very quiet. Not used to going to a different location to get check in information, but it wasn't too far away from the unit. Beds/furniture were comfortable and there were plenty of gadgets in the kitchen. However the microwave light (over the stove) was not working and the oven light didn't work either. Maybe just need new bulbs? A couple of nice touches would have been tissues in the bathroom and a mat by the slider. The balcony was wet (we found out the building was powerwashed right before we got there) and we needed to use papertowel so as not to track wet foortprints. The main bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so we needed to leave the door open slightly to let some steam out. Lastly, the key pad entry required 10 digits, which was kind of a pain. But overall, this is a nice unit in gated community and we would consider staying there again.

Need For Some Improvement

We were so excited to find this beautiful condo in Hilton Head (our first visit). Upon entering our condo, I was dismayed by the stains on the dining room chairs. (Could have been easily shampooed out); however, had friends visit and they, as well, noticed this right away. We chose this condo as we need a king sized bed (I was surprised how few condos have these). The bedroom was such a great disappointment. The bed is very old, sags and caused my husband morning stiffness. The rug (which I am sure came with the original opening) is beneath anyone’s standards. On top of all of this, we had to leave our clothing in our suitcases as the mirrored sliding doors were so corroded that they wouldn’t slide easily to open/close. The Keurig coffee machine worked once and then stopped working. The sink in the Master Bedroom doesn’t hold water so difficult to shave. The Master bathroom was great, loved the 2nd bedroom – so cozy looking but not needed. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms with essentials to start out. This condo has great potential but needs some basic upgrading.It has been allowed to age but not gracefull.

107 Barrington Arms

We stayed in 107 several years ago. Problem we had then was the view was obstructed by palm trees. They are gone now so we had a beautiful view of the pool and the Atlantic. 107 was clean, fresh and inviting. Only negative is the master king needs to be replaced soon. You sink to the middle. The twins in the second bedroom are much firmer. Other than that no issues.

Great spot!

Great location to the beach! Loved the view of the pool, pretty trees and the ocean from the balcony! Clean and had everything we needed. We were delightfully surprised by the beach chairs available to take to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
