The house is located 400m from the city center and 1.5 to 2 km from the beaches (Sableaux, Ladies, Anse Rouge, Souzeaux, The Clere, The Old).

The house is equidistant from several beaches (between 1.5km and 2km according beaches), allowing you to change track or place to stroll as you wish or as the wind.
This is the advantage of Noirmoutier: the large number of differently exposed beaches selects its beach as you want protection from the wind, or benefit - for example windsurfers!

Walks on the island of Noirmoutier are many bike;
a bike hire is 400m from the house, avenue Joseph Pineau.
