Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house ON OCEAN!! Tranquility Plus. Put your toes in the sand!! Wake up in morning to watch the beautiful sunrise and enjoy your coffee on the beach. At night, enjoy your cocktails while watching the beautiful sunset over the Indian River. Learn about the Pirates and Lost treasures right behind the house. Books are provided about all the adventures. Take kids “treasure hunting” and fell free to use the metal detector I have provided to search for gold and buried treasures. This home is a gem. 2bedrms have King size beds

Great Week

My family enjoyed spending a week at this great property. The property was as advertised offering beach access off the back deck and a great dock across the street. We found the property to be well appointed and a great size for our family of five. The host was extremely responsive the couple of times that we reached out to her. Overall it was a great experience.

This was perfect exactly what we needed. A house on the ocean. The house was perfect and clean. The host was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be back again. We stayed here while my son had baseball at the Jackie Robinson complex and we could walk out the back door right to the ocean it was amazing.

Amazing views

This property is definitely about the location. Easy access to the ocean and inlet. Beach was quiet. Only thing we wish we would have known is to get bug spray for no see ums for in the beach. They are much worse than mosquitoes!

Fantastic!

So much to say! The property was right where we wanted it. Ocean AND river views! Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved having a large dining table, decks on east and west sides, steps from the beach. Everything felt updated and appreciated having lots of towels, deck furniture, even condiments we didn’t know we’d need. Host answered all our questions in a timely manor and was very accommodating. Can’t think of anything that could have been better. Thank you!

Comfortable beach cottage with lots of charm.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at this comfortable beach house. The easy beach access via your own backyard was the best part of our stay, and when we weren't on the beach, we enjoyed the lovely ocean and river views from the front and back decks. This house very comfortably slept 7 and accommodated 12 for Thanksgiving dinner. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and we cooked and served a large dinner with ease. The host even provided special touches such as snacks and convenience items. If you're interested in using the advertised bicycles, be sure to specially request a key to the shed as it isn't automatically provided. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again!

Bad shape house , great location

We stayed here while our oldest son played baseball at Jackie Robinson. Me My dad, husband and 13 year old. The pictures seemed kind of odd to me in the listing but most of the reviews seemed fine, unfortunately, this was the worst shape VRBO we have rented over the last 10 years. The place was not clean, mouse droppings in the cupboards,front door was rusted off hinges and we had so much trouble getting it closed most days, light fixture hanging out of wall and flickering in one bathroom among other electrical concerns, and outside there were some other type of rodent droppings. I did tell Joanne about all of this but it was not a concern to her. Also never received any check in/out info. Joanne texted me a code for the door an hour before check in after contacting her then Vrbo support. It took us a while to get a hold of her and we thought we may have to look for a new place. The location of this house is amazing and views off the decks are beautiful beds were comfy but the house is in need of many repairs and a good deep cleaning. We didn’t really feel safe here because of the issues. I would not recommend this place even with the gorgeous views. Price was also very high for the condition of the house.

Nice location but misleading info and poor communication.

Inside of the house is nice and clean and was a nice surprise from when we pulled up. Outside looks rougher and probably the reason there are no exterior photos provided on the listing. Biggest complaint is very little to no communication. We arrived on the property and I had to message owner to determine how to gain access. Information was not provided until I was on site and had to requested it. I had several questions and got little or no response. There is a grill but it had an empty gas tank so I messaged owner during visit about a spare and no response. I had to go get it filled so we could grill the food I had already purchased. The pier she advertising as across the road is not what is shown in the pics. You need to wade into the water and then jump up about 3 feet to access it. It is covered in solid bird crap the entire length. She also advertises min 1 day vacancy between guest under cleaning practices and one of the only message I did get from her after asking how to gain access was to make sure we were out by 11am on checkout date because she had someone coming at 4pm same day. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it is a great location and good beach access. Proceed with caution listing is misleading I would not recommend to my family or friends.

Quiet time with nature

Proximity to beach allowed morning sunrises and daily evidence of turtle activity! Riverside allowed fishing and visits from pelicans, stingrays, and dolphin! Grandchildren received once in a lifetime memories!

Beach House Retreat

A great private get away beach vacation! If you love the ocean and nature experiences, this is ideal.....all kinds of birds, dolphins and manatee ..not to mention spinner sharks! The home is a cozy, comfortable retro feel. Excellent beds!! The whole family felt so at home... like we were visiting one of our favorite aunts!!

Great location, but...

Pros - great location on the beach!! Quiet! River view sunsets. Moderately priced. Cons- The house shown in the VRBO pic at sunset wasn’t of the property. It was the neighbors. Interior pics are correct. Floors not as clean as we expected upon arrival. No working vacuum or electric broom. Several outlets/lamps didn’t work.

Loved Having both the beach and the river. We saw manatees and dolphins in the river. Caught fish on the beach and dock. Had a wonderful time with our daughter and grandsons.

Beautiful location! Wonderful house!

Great house. It is one of the few homes that has waterfront on the ocean and across the street on the river. Beautiful sunsets on the river! The only slight draw back is the third bedroom is in with the washer / dryer and has no windows or TV. We would definitely stay here again.
