Joe arrived at the property at 7:15PM and called us at 7:30PM immediately demanding retribution because he believed the AC was not working properly. We explained to Joe that if there was an issue at the property that it would be rectified. We asked him a few questions regarding the settings that he had changed on the AC and we told him that we would reach out to our AC contractor. We were able to schedule an emergency service visit with the AC contractor for that evening and relayed the information to Joe as seen in the messages below. We also verified with the housekeeper that had left the property a few hours prior to Joe’s arrival that the AC was working properly. The AC contractor arrived before the 2hr window that we had provided to Joe, but Joe chose to leave the property just as the AC contractor had arrived. The AC contractor had to reset the system and everything was cooling properly within a few minutes.
