disappointing experience

We stayed at the property for four days with two kids of 4 and 6 years old. We liked the location and neighborhood of this apartment, Shopping mall is within 200 meters, Disneyland is 15 min on foot, so as the train station. The agency that gives this apartment to rent doesn't seem to take care of anything. No one is waiting for you to give the key or showing the property, where to trash the garbage etc. I had a long travel with two kids, besides I needed to go and grab the keys by myself, even though there were three employees inside the agency when we arrived - such an unpleasant impression about the French. when I did booking I mentioned that I need a baby crib, but.... no crib was set up. when I came to the agency they told me I had to look for the crib in the closet or under the bed and set it up by myself. Obviously nothing was found nor crib nor linen for it. I had an impression that they let me this apartment for free giving me a big favor. awful!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the money deposit that they take for precautions, how can you possibly prove that it has already been broken. The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything and even more, but overall the apartment is worn out. Whatever you ask these people their answer is always negative, which has nothing to do with a customer service. it was my first vacation in France but the French discouraged me from coming back at all to their beautiful country.

Une très belle découverte!

Nouveau séjour à Marne-la-Vallée mais dans un nouvel appartement. Comme toujours, il s'agit d'un bien dans une résidence de standing et très bien située. l'appartement est très bien équipé, grand et très lumineux. Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau. Merci Kitxada et Céline pour ces belles découvertes!

L'agence Abithea a mis à notre disposition pour notre séjour, un appartement qui correspondait en tout point à notre attente. Appartement bien éclairé, globalement bien entretenu,avec une belle cuisine et un électro ménager de qualité.La chambre est spacieuse,avec une literie confortable.
