If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area. Suzie and Tom and Steamboat Lodging Properties represent a small number of homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat with guests who want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. Such a perfect ski house for 2 families! Walkable to the base (be sure to get the lockers for skis overnight), everything you need for apres ski cooking and relaxing, great view of the mountain, the essential hot tub & plenty of room for 2 families to enjoy. The property managers were knowledgable, helpful and responsive throughout - thank you for a wonderful ski vacation!

Perfect Location in Steamboat

Huge stand alone house just steps from the Steamboat base area! Stayed here with my wife and our 8 month old and my immediate family. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids with beds to spare! Huge closets were useful for infant cribs! Deck overlooks the mountain and has a hot tub and grill. Can't wait to return next year!

Great house and location

A short 8-10 min walk to base was a great location for a group of 10. I suggest this home for larger families. We had a great stay and would go back again. Suzie was very helpful and accommodating as well. The only thing that I wish was a little bit better for the large group was the amount of hot water available for showers. Other than that it was a great home!

Great ski house

Great place for skiing, especially with the locker Suzie provided, it allowed to leave skis and boots at mountain. Walk is to base and locker is easy (due to locker so not carrying skis and boots), maybe .25 mile. House well equipped. Basement makes for 5th bedroom as it has a bed. All went very smooth. thanks Suzie

Wonderful ski vacation

From booking the property until check out - everything was a great experience. We hope to be back! Location to the base of the mountain was a short walk. We had steamboat grocery mom shop and deliver our groceries. We ubered downtown when we wanted to go shopping. Winter Carnival was happening and that was cool to see some of the activities. Skiing and snowboarding was awesome - great weather.

Beautiful property, well maintained, with all needed amenities and then some. Also, a great location with an easy walk to the slopes and a wonderful owner/host who was helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this home and host.

Perfect for big families!!!

Awesome location. Easy walk to base, especially once you find the "trail cut through". The hot tub was VIP item on out list and it did not disappoint. Great kitchen/dining/den layout for everyone to hangout. Thought house was staying a little too hot but then realized fireplace was part of thermostat...just turn that part off. Kitchen had all the necessities!! Used The Grocery Gals and they delivered everything else. Plenty of bathrooms. Never felt like we were on top of each other. Love having the garage for dumping off strollers, jackets, boots, etc. (we had 7 adults, 5 kids). Would definitely stay here again!!!
