Large house in the middle of a park without any opposite. The property is in a small Béarnais village with all the shops in the suburbs of Pau, the St Jacques de Compostela paths and the international airport 5 minutes away. An 18m salt pool and a large terrace with plancha. will be on the Basque coast and the Landes beaches or otherwise 45 minutes from beautiful Pyrenean hikes.

Bonne découverte

Maison idéale pour des vacances : cuisine et vaisselle en adéquation avec le nombre d'occupants, des pièces très grandes pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres, une grande terrasse couverte dehors pour manger avec la plancha, une table de ping-pong à disposition, une grande piscine parfaite pour nager... une tranquillité au niveau du voisinage...une ferme à côté pour les légumes, fruits, viandes, boissons à des prix très raisonnables et une boulangerie à Sauvagnon très bonne. Patrick nous a recommandé des lieux de visite et a été très réactif à nos demandes.

Très bon séjour...mais

Très belle maison très au calme. Petit bémol pour la cuisine qui mérite largement une modernisation ( toile cirée douteuse, évier à peine propre). Les chats sont un peu envahissants , on ne peut laisser La porte de la cuisine ouverte ce qui est dommage. Un bravo tout particulier à la boulangerie Galabert, pain et gâteaux exceptionnels !

Merci d avoir apprécié ma maison que je vais continuer à perfectionner grâce aux remarques de mes locataires... Pour les chats j aurais pu vous conseiller de leur laisser a manger dans le poolhouse pour ne pas les avoir dans les pattes!

Maison spacieuse, au calme avec une piscine magnifique et une très belle vue sur les Pyrénées !

Grande maison, confortable, bien équipée, avec une superbe piscine, au calme et isolée. Tres bien située pour decouvrir le bearn, le pays basque, les plages de la cote. Tous commerces à moins de 10 min, belles balades et randonnées autour ( forêt, lac) Propriétaire disponible et à l’ecoute, très bonne réactivité à nos demandes. Afin que la maison reste agréable et confort, il faudra faire quelques travaux d’entretien et d’embellissement. : eclairage de la terrasse, cuisine, quelques petits travaux électriques. Les chambres sont toutes très confortables et spacieuses, bonne literie.
