Cozy, suburban retreat in quiet Medford. Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, diner, bakery (this may not be critical for some, but is for many!). A short drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Patchogue, which has a number of nightlife and dining options. Spacious backyard with a fire pit and great view of the stars. Perfectly located as a home base for day trips to the beach or out east to pick apples or visit the vineyards.
