Located in scenic and relaxing neighborhood of Cathedral City, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath single-family home offers modern, luxury and comfort. The entire home was remodeled by the end of September 2018, and everything within the home was purchased brand new. If you are looking to have a luxurious and relaxing stay in this area, this is the perfect home for you. It is a 1 min drive to Aqua Caliente Casino and 15 min drive to Downtown Palm Springs. Please refer to photos for more details. The price for short-term rental includes Cathedral City's Transient Occupancy Tax, which is 12%.

Fantastic Desert Getaway!!

We enjoyed 2 great weeks here. Armen was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was amazing! We spent most of our time in the roomy outdoor pool/patio/firepit area which has everything you could want in a vacation home. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this home again. We didn't want to leave!

Peaceful Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely house. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. The pool and spa were terrific, as was sitting by the fire pit and taking outdoor showers under the stars. Armen was warm and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer weekend or host. We will be back

Great house with wonderful backyard

House was clean and spacious. Cute neighborhood that was quiet. The backyard was paradise with a pool, hot tub, fruit trees, fire pit with seating, large table, and an outdoor kitchen. Perfect for a warm weather getaway!

Everything was perfect inside out in this house. The layout was very convenient to comfortably stay with children. Interior design was beautiful, spacious living and dining room, nicely furnished and designed bedrooms and bathrooms with everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was sparkly clean, with all needed appliances. The backyard was gorgeous, again furnished with all necessities for grilling (including MANGHAL for 🇦🇲 xorovac). Now the pool: fonderful, super clean with salty water. 60% of the pool height was 3 feet, which is a biiiig plus with small kids, so the adults were able to relax and enjoy in the water without being worried about kids. The manager was very pleasant, gave us very warm greeting upon arrival. The owner was great as well, very attentive, responding to all our questions and requests right away, even in the middle of the night. With our friends we are traveling to PS at least once or twice a year, we will gladly be back to this amazing house!

Beautiful and spacious home

The home was beautiful and spacious and the pool area was amazing! We were a group of 11 staying in the home, my only complain was that the home was listed for 12 but that was a stretch with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, and one pull out that really only fits 1 person. We were able to make it work with air mattresses and the communal spaces were big enough for the whole group. Armen was a great host and responded to questions quickly. We went to eat in Palm Springs a few times and it was a quick 15min drive. Really great home for a large group!

Gorgeous house and backyard. A truly relaxing retreat with plenty of space

We loved this property and the availabilty of Armen. He worked hard to make sure our trip was everything we wanted (ie a relaxing time spent lounging by the pool and in the hot tub). The house is perfect for lunches outside and a nice dinner inside at night. With a few more items added (pool towels, a few more kitchen ítems, etc) the place will be nothing short of perfection for a weekend away.
