Our property's outdoor space is especially liveable and features a beautiful landscaped outdoor/backyard area, pool, hot tub and covered patio. A tall ficus hedge and fruit trees surround the fenced yard, providing privacy and from-the-tree oranges, lemons and grapefruit. The saltwater pool and hot tub are surrounded by attractive desert foliage and deck space for sunbathing. Saltwater is great for swimming and easy on the skin. There is a large covered patio which provides lots of shaded space for lounging, reading, eating, drinking and playing. There are four comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor table big enough to seat six comfortably and additional sitting spaces for drinks or conversation. A gas BBQ grill is provided.

Inside, our home has been newly redecorated with an eye to warm relaxation. The kitchen is up to date, with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and is fully equipped with refrigerator, all cooking and serving supplies, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and disposal. A clothes washer and dryer are located inside kitchen cabinets. An L-shaped bar/counter with four comfortable bar stools provide a place for indoor meals or coaching the chef.

The living room is spacious, with a large, very comfortable couch, perfect for enjoying our HDTV smart television, DVD player, and Free Wi-Fi.

In the master bedroom are a king size bed, big screen smart HDTV, a large dresser and an ensuite private bathroom with large walk in shower. Sliding glass doors open up to the covered patio in the back yard. The second bedroom is on the front of the house and has a queen size bed. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for kids or singles. The second bathroom is conveniently located directly across the hall from the second and third bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. Our lovingly maintained home is fully stocked and equipped with all linens, towels, kitchen supplies, pool floats, paper goods etc. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
