The "Ardèche gîte, La grange de Bonnemontesse" is an independent holiday home in southern Ardèche for 6 people with private swimming pool in the middle of a typical Ardèche hamlet.

- Quiet, enclosed land not overlooked and private 800 m2, parking.

-Terrace covered due south a few meters in front of the swimming pool. this proximity makes it a very pleasant place to live.

-Living space on the ground floor with fitted kitchen open to the dining area, living room, bathroom, separate wc.
3 bedrooms upstairs.

-Bedroom 1: bed 160 x 200 cm.
-Bedroom 2: 140 x 200 cm bed
-Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm

Equipped kitchen:
- Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, etc.
