No one opposite. You don't have a view but many views. All that you must see in Toulouse is by walk from here (5 min walk to Capitole). Fully equipped, this charming flat can sleep up to 6 persons, with 2 double beds (2 bedrooms) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located on the 3rd (and last) floor - without lift. You can enjoy your breakfast from the private balcony with a the wonderful direct view on Cathedrale Saint Etienne. None opposite. Very quiet. Very bright. Flat screen, fastest solution for wireless Internet available in France, clothes dryer, linens provided, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, etc The flat includes 1 shower room, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms, one sofa bed two places, and one spare bed 1 person. The whole apartment is for you. You will be assisted during your all stay either by me or by a friend who lives in the building. Very practice. I will be reachable also by phone (or by social network if you prefer). The neighborhood is the highest ranking in Toulouse, historical area, and also the safest. You can The flat is at 3 minutes walk from the line A (metro/subway) and 3 minutes walk from the line B (metro/subway). It is also at 10 minutes walk from the tramway who conducts you directly at the Airport, (and also Airbus installations if you are working there)

Cute apartment

The apartment was perfect for a short-term stay. Centralized in a historic area of town with views of of the surroundings, and walking distance from everything. We were 2 friends traveling together and was given only one key; we did request a second key but didn't receive it. The apartment was loaded with heaters, Wi-Fi access, and full kitchen. The apartment is 6 flights up no lift, and access to the other bedroom is a loft with full bathroom. 1/2 bath on the first level. We enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment in central Toulouse

We recently spent three nights in this very comfortable apartment in the centre of Toulouse. It is well situated in a quiet street and convenient for shopping and visiting markets, museums and other sights, all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and because of being at the top of the building was light and airy. Nicolas, who met us with the keys, was very welcoming and helpful and we appreciated the fact that he was so understanding about our late arrival. We can certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Toulouse.

Nice apartment on two levels in the historic part of Toulouse

Nicely furnished apartment on the top floor of an old house. Spacious living room which includes the kitchen. Narrow balcony overlooking the road below. That balcony is facing the roof of the house opposite. There is a second smaller balcony which can only be accessed by climbing through a window, wich actually allows you to look above the roofs of the old town. Paid underground parking is 100m away. Place Carmes (metro) is about 500m away. Very friendly and helpful host. Two mobile aircon units. The one in the living room was not very effective.

The apartment is atypical (up to 5 m in height subceiling), exposed beams, brick wall, artisan tiles in the kitchen, wooden floors.
The residence enjoys a Bay window across its width, very bright.
The apartment is a duplex: ground floor is a living room, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a toilet, a bedroom of 9 m 2 (which may serve as office when one does not have the use of 2 rooms) duplex part on the floor has the master bedroom of 16 m 2, with in + access to a second toilet, laundry room, and shower room (the shower is spacious but the bathroom is small).
