Property was exactly as described. Clean and centrally located. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property is well equipped, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen supplies, and fans for each room. Was comfortable for three people (one in each bedroom and one on the sofa bed). A very good price for the location and amenities.

This unit was superlative for our needs; well located and a short walk to everything of our interest. Note there is no street parking and the unit is partially below street level. An older building, but well tended and the owner is delightful. We were very happy with the rental.

Nicely appointed apartment in a good location, with attentive Hosts. The apartment has excellent exposure to the Garonne River, and is part of the olde town of Toulouse, which makes it an easy walk to all parts of the olde city. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars are all easily reachable by foot. The Hosts have outfitted the apartment well for both short and long stays, and they were easy to reach, and quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for seeing all of Toulouse. Being right on the river, it was very easy to cross the famous bridge, and a quick walk to the Christmas market. Our host was very friendly and was able to provide us two keys which was ideal since I was with friends and we had slightly different schedules.

Nathalie was very welcoming and very helpful.The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It’s a great central location, but it does sit alongside the riverside road so there is a bit of traffic noise. Another plus is a great supermarket just 50 yards away.Toulouse is fabulous if you like food and culture; plenty of history on offer.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are separated by the kitchen/living area which was beneficial for privacy. The host was kind and helpful. Recommend!

No air conditioning, had to move to a hotel. Host was very nice but it was 107 degrees in France. Also the lock looked like it had been broken into several times. Bed were on the floor and no updates to apt in several years. The lady was very nice but we didn't even unpack and went to a hotel. Parking was also like four blocks away.

Nous sommes sincèrement surpris par ce commentaire, d'autant plus que nous n'avons reçu aucun message de votre part pendant votre séjour nous signalant un quelconque problème. C'est uniquement à la lecture de cet avis que nous avons découvert que vous aviez choisi de ne pas séjourner dans le logement, sans nous en informer. Nous souhaitons néanmoins apporter quelques précisions à destination des futurs voyageurs. Notre annonce décrit le logement avec exactitude : la climatisation ne figure pas parmi les équipements proposés et il n'est à aucun moment indiqué que le stationnement se situe au pied de l'immeuble. Les photos reflètent fidèlement les lieux, notamment les lits qui sont équipés de sommiers sur pieds. Enfin, l'appartement a été entièrement rénové en 2020, y compris la porte d'entrée et sa serrure, qui n'ont jamais été forcées. Nous regrettons que les fortes chaleurs exceptionnelles que la France a connues durant cette période aient pu impacter votre séjour. Toutefois, il est difficile de nous reprocher l'absence d'un équipement qui n'a jamais été annoncé. Nous restons toujours disponibles pour nos voyageurs et faisons notre maximum pour répondre à leurs attentes. Un simple message nous aurait permis d'échanger avec vous et, si nécessaire, de rechercher ensemble une solution.

Wonderful experience in Toulouse

The apartment was in a perfect location. The host helped us get acclimated and provided some super recommendations for local eateries, museum and events. Wish we had more time to spend in Toulouse and in this apartment.

The apartment was wonderful. Clean linens, comfortable beds, very clean, and well stocked. Nathalie and Paulo were so easy to communicate with and very generous in adapting to our schedules. The location of the apartment is also excellent, right on the river in city center with easy access to both the tram lines and the metro. I would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay at Nathalie and Paulo’s was wonderful. They communicated well and were responsive at every step of the process. The apartment is well located; close to Pont Neuf, many shops, grocery stores and restaurants as well as being along the riverfront which is beautiful. The street is quite quiet at night, we slept well and felt safe. The apartment is well divided as the two bedrooms are at opposite ends and each have a bathroom so we both had our own quiet, private space. The only thing you can’t tell from the pictures is that it is partially below street level so we felt at first that we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy but soon realized that people mostly used the sidewalk on the side of the river. The place was clean, well stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Definitely recommend.

Good area

Stayed for 3 nights near the end of August. Home was clean and had basically everything you need. The pictures made it look bigger than it was. Located on a busy street. If it is hot you will need your windows open and everyone that walks past looks straight in to bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Noise all night long. Our biggest issue is with the bars on the windows. Very unsafe as you can't get out if you need. Only one exit and a long dark hall to exit. We felt unsafe if there was a fire. Definitely not up to fire safety code.

Idéalement situé

Le logement est idéalement situé :-) La propriétaire est très gentille et arrangeante. Tout était parfait :-) Le logement est un peu petit pour 5 adultes. Il serait parfaitement adapté et équipé pour 4 personnes. Encore merci Nathalie pour votre accueil et pour nous avoir laissé partir plus tard que prévu.
