Completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, and updated bathrooms. New impact windows. Fully fenced backyard with 6 foot privacy fence. Flat screen HD TV's and high speed wireless internet. Grill under the covered porch by the pool! We are experienced hosts. Pool heat is optional at $20 per day.
