This beautiful modern house, recently remodeled, is in the core of downtown Delray Beach, minutes from all the major restaurants, cafes, businesses, beaches, the library, the courthouse, the hospitals, Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach State College, Lynn University, and more. It is within walking distance from downtown, about five minutes from Boca Raton, 15 minutes from Deerfield Beach, and five minutes away from Boynton Beach. This modern house is well-furnished and equipped to make your vacation and stay an incredible experience.

My property is unique because it is not only newly remodeled with everything new, but also locate in the core of downtown of Delray Beach minutes way from everything with free commute available around the city. The house is big enough to sleep five people. One queen bed for two people, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a Futon bed. There is also a twin mattress available if need be. WIFI is available all around, free washer and dryer, television with cable, with a private patio in the back.
