Enjoyed staying here; but annoyed by double-billing.

The apartment was clean, though moldy when air conditioner not on. The shower attachment holder did not work, and the soap dispenser broke, for which we were billed. No washing machine instructions. Outside was noisy but insulation adequate. Communication difficulties resulted in our booking another apartment, then cancelling it, but afterwards being double-billed, which we are in the process of disputing.

Prestations et accueil de haut niveau

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (9 nuits) dans cet appartement chaleureux et cosy, moderne, très propre, décoré avec soin et entièrement équipé. Nous disposions de tout le confort imaginable voire plus! (ustensiles de cuisine, produits d'épicerie, boissons dans le frigo, appareil photo, tablette, ordinateur, masque de plongée, linge de lit, jeux, livres, fer et table à repasser, télévision, possibilité d'un lit parapluie pour bébé, trousse de secours et produits de soins, lave-linge, séchoir, etc). Nous étions comme à la maison! Si bémol il doit y avoir, il concerne l'insonorisation inhérente à un immeuble de ce type dont on a conservé le charme ancien, et qui fait qu'on entend les voisins du dessus. Nous étions venus pour le Carnaval et le bruit extérieur dû aux festivités ne nous a pas dérangé. L'immeuble est sécurisé et idéalement situé, en plein centre ville, à proximité de tout (transports, commerces, malecon de FdF). Nous n'avons eu aucune diffculté à nous garer, un parking est également disponible à quelques mètres. Nous remercions chaleureusement Rémi, hyper ponctuel et soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, sa flexibilité et sa grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons absolument et y reviendrons assurément!
