Quiet and panoramic detached house surrounded by greenery on the slopes of Etna, 17 Km from Taormina, 3 km from the sea, and 1 km from the exit of Giarre, Italy, Sicily-Catania.
Single house, 3 rooms and 2 rooms (kitchen - bathroom - living room with double sofa bed and TV - bedroom and bedroom), surrounded by a large and characteristic courtyard and surrounded by a lush garden.
The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Macchia Giarre, the center served with all the services and can also be reached on foot.
The property is a few meters from excellent pizzerias and restaurants.
Guests will also have the chance to enjoy fresh vegetables produced by the same owner in the neighboring land.

Typisch Sizilianisch

Das Reihenmittelhaus war einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Das Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine war neuwertig. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr hilfreich, wenn man sowohl in Nord- und Südrichtung an der Küste, als auch im Gebiet des Ätna etwas besichtigen oder unternehmen möchte. Macchia selbst hat nicht viel zu bieten. Es gibt in 600m Entfernung den nächsten Bäcker, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Frisör, Tabacchi und Bar/Konditorei. Der nächste belebte Ort ist Giarree. Dort gibt es größere Supermärkte und den Autobahnanschluss. Uns hat es am besten in Riposto gefallen, da man dort abends schön schlendern oder essen kann. Wer es extravaganter mag fährt nach Acireale oder Giardini-Naxos, wo es schöne Plätze und Promenaden gibt. Die Vermieterin (Rosaria) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Neben einer Flache Wein gab es als Überraschung noch Eier der eigenen Hühner aus dem Garten :-) Wegen unseres Abfluges am Abend, durften wir die Wohnung bis Mittags kostenlos benutzen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Für das günstige Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geben wir 4 Sterne. Wegen der verkehrsbedingten Lautstärke und vielen bellenden Hunde in der Nacht, ziehen wir einen Stern ab.

Italienischer Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war einfach, aber so wie wir ihn mögen. Das Quartier war einfach und funktional. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und engagiert. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten gefallen.

Ätna erlebnisreich

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub im November. Wir haben auf Motorrädern den Ätna und seine Umgebung erkundet. Umso schlechter die Straßen wurden umso interessanter wurde die Landschaft. In der Landschaft liegt extrem viel Müll. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.

prezzo eccessivo per la proprietá !!

Buongiorno , mi sento in dovere di recensire questa proprietà per i futuri ospiti in seguito al mio soggiorno che si è protratto per dieci giorni ad agosto 2020 . Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e due figli . La casa a differenza di quanto riporta l’annuncio non è una casa a solo ma ha accanto la casa dei proprietari e il giardino è condiviso con loro . inizialmente sembrava potesse svolgersi con le dovute suddivisioni , ma sono stati organizzati ripetutamente per più sere “ festini” da parte dei proprietari mettendo a rischio anche la nostra sicurezza data la situazione Covid . Inoltre la casa è sprovvista della macchina da caffè ragione per cui abbiamo dovuto fare sempre colazione fuori , gli armadi sono molto piccoli e uno di questi è senza ante . Forno a grill inesistente . Non è vicino al mare , ma ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti di macchina per raggiungerlo . Ho dovuto pagare a parte anche aria condizionata e spese extra come il parcheggio della macchina e una tassa aggiuntiva per le pulizie oltre alla somma già versata dalla seconda settimana in poi , spese che ho trovato eccessive dato il prezzo già alto dell’affitto che non rispecchia il valore della proprietà.

Un giardino incantevole

Ai piedi dell'Etna, una caratteristica casa spaziosa con un giardino incantevole curato con grande attenzione, rilassante e romantico. I ragazzi e la nostra cucciola si sono divertiti un mondo. Un sincero ringraziamento ai proprietari per la grande ospitalità e i doni dell'orto.
