SEAS THE DAY at Seaside Beach is perfect for a cozy, romantic ocean front getaway or taking the kids to the beach and accommodates 6 guests. This cute oceanfront home is approximately 1100 square feet and has two bedroom and two baths. The new hardwood floor compliments the open and bright dining room and adjoining kitchen. The living room has large picture windows to take advantage of the breaking surf and stunning sunsets. On the beach side of the house is a wind-protected patio and a large yard for playing catch. You will enjoy views of the ocean from the master bedroom's king bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and bunk beds plus a TV for the kids. Between the two bedrooms is a bath with a shower and soaker tub. The second bathroom also serves as a laundry room off the garage.

If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes offers fifty of the cleanest and most well-maintained homes, available in a range of price points, within our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Weekend Getaway

Loved this property and location. You can be laying in bed and see the waves crashing on the shore. Had everything we needed and walking to and up and down the beach was amazing! Also, the gas fireplace felt like a real wood fire with lots of heat. We’ll be back!

Lovely place right on the beach

This was a great spot! Large picture window overlooking the ocean. Sits right on the beach, just a short walk from the back door . Everything was clean and cozy.

Wonderful stay with friends

Came to the coast for my 40th with my kids, best friend and her family. The place was so sweet, clean and the view couldn't be beat! The hosts were accomodating with early check-in and the place was as described. The bathroom setup off the garage is a little funky, but it totally worked for us. The bathtub was huge and wonderful for end of day relaxation. We had a lovely, brief stay, but would happily stay again!

Upon arriving, we were stunned by the views. Inspection for check in went well, however we soon realized the plumbing didnt flush well in main bathroom. Other than that, the entire home was great. Would stay there again anytime!

Nice location, close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seaside. The view and location to the beach were amazing! The house was nice and fit our family well. We ran into some plumbing issues our last night and weren't able to get a hold of anyone; however we were able to find the main water shutoff so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Given the chance we would stay there again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants. I loved hearing the waves at night!! The home is older, but has an updated kitchen. The second bathroom is through the garage. The main bath is dated.

Superb View

This trip was with family and little ones ( > 2yr) so cleanliness was important. When we arrived inside, it was very clean. Communication was great. Kids were busy with board games, puzzles and kites. Property may be old but well maintained and view is amazing. Property can use minor nice-to-have fixes but it didn't impact us. Host was nice and accommodative.

Beautiful Ocean View but several cons

I loved the ocean view from the master bedroom and the living room. We also loved the location. The cons to this property are: the bedroom and living room windows do not open to allow for an ocean breeze, long walk to get to the ocean, the main bathroom had a tall tub/shower that was hard to get into because of the height, the second bathroom is through the garage and down some stairs. The house could use updating.

Seaside stay

Overall we had a great stay. You can tell that the property owners are doing a number of renovations. The house was exceptionally clean. The check in process was slightly frustrating everything stated that check in was at 3:00, from the time of reservation and all communications with the rental agency until the day before check in and the time change to 4:00 nots the deal but frustrating since all our planning was for the original time. Also the second bathroom was not as described. This bathroom is located in the attached garage. It was a nice bathroom by you do have to go through the garage to tile it. We also had a miss communication with the home owners and they ended up scheduling a yard tear out on our last day. It was a little bit of a surprise when we came back from being out and there were people with equipment tearing out the whole backyard. The rental company was amazing when I contacted them. Overall everything else was great!

Amazing location with a great view

The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. An east walk to get to the main downtown area. Large windows overlooking the ocean in the master bedroom and living room. Perfect deck drawing you outside to enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. I definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Fantastic location, prefect little house

Great little house with beautifully remodeled kitchen, and an amazing view. The house had everything we needed, including a pot to cook crabs, beach toys and a kite for our 3 year old.

Seaside Beach

Typical beach cottage, comfortable but a bit tired. Beautiful view and location. To get to the 2nd bathroom, you had to exit through the kitchen door and pass through cluttered garage to rear. Bathroom was cold and collocates with furnace and hot water heater. No soap dish. Picture is accurate but location is deceptive.

MN travels to Seaside

Cute house with beach access. Perfect sized house for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed not having to share beds. Promenade and shops are with in walking distance. Our van stayed parked at the house most of the time. We even walked the beach up to the promenade. Only downfall was that there was no chairs available to use on the beach.
