SABEY HOUSE at Seaside Beach is for those looking to relax and enjoy the most breathtaking view in Seaside. Overlooking the coastline all the way to Washington you will probably spend most of your time in the spacious grassy private back yard or sheltered front yard. Located on Tillamook Head, the elevation offers guests privacy along with panoramic views from all west windows, which include two of the three bedrooms, living room kitchen, and dining room. It is only a short stroll down Sunset Blvd. to reach the water or up Sunset to reach the Trailhead to Ecola State Park and about a 25 min. walk to downtown. Kids will have a wonderful time with the nearly 1,000 sq ft of game and media rooms. Large living, dining and kitchen make for a warm, friendly great room environment for making meals, watching the big game or just hanging out together. Watch the wild life with neighborhood deer that come to visit, eagles that hang out on the tree in the ocean view or the seals (and surfers) that play just 70 feet below where you sit. This is a great winter storm-watching house as the waves will crest right in front of your eyes so close it feels as if you are surfing and unbeatable in summer months where you can watch whales swim by right outside your back door or the city lights dance across the water on clear nights. Come and enjoy this wonderful home on your next trip to the beach!
Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.
