321 Canal Rd - Your perfect Siesta Key vacation awaits. This charming 2/2, downstairs unit is located in the equally charming Siesta Village. Enjoy the private backyard pool area with a hammock, BBQ and a Tiki Bar with plenty of seating for everyone. 321 and 323 can be rented together as a perfect home for a larger group or family. Check availability or call to see if they are both available for your vacation.

Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

Wonderful vacation!

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo and the area. Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, shops, beach!! The condo was clean and updated. So much space. Scott was extremely accommodating as we arrived early. We will certainly be back. We are already looking to book here again next November!

The property was perfectly situated. One block from stores and restaurants and close enough to the beach to be able to walk. The condo was decorated adorably. The kitchen utensils were brand new. Everything was clean and easy- just what you need for a quick R and R

For the price you will not find a better property for access to the village at Siesta Key. Everything was provided and in excellent working order. Private pool was an awesome plus!!!

Perfect locstion

One block to Village …2 1/2 blocks to the ocean .. pool was great…chairs umbrella available as well .. washer dryer and lots of room Yard workers were very friendly And House and yard was very clean. manager is available if needed but wasn’t needed the two weeks we were there Our dog also felt at home !

Avoid this Property- Gross, Smelly and Rats Outside

I do NOT recommend this property. This property did not appear clean and it smelled. It makes me question how sanitary it was. The kitchen was disgusting with food caked on the stove and grime on the cabinets. We did not feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen so we ate out every night. The entire unit smelled like fermented fish, including the refrigerator and the freezer. We attempted to use the ice in the freezer, but it too smelled like fish. The sides of the refrigerator and cabinets had some substance spilled on them. The bed sheets in the guest bedroom were stained and the baseboards in the main living area were also covered in grime. The trashcans outside were very full and smelled terribly. The bathrooms did not even have hand soap in them. It was immediately clear that this property is not professionally cleaned. On our second morning there, I woke up to find a large dead rat sitting one step outside the side door. It was likely attracted to all of the smelly trash sitting along the house. Our host said he would bring a fan over, for us to use, but he never followed through. The thermostat is locked at 73 degrees and cannot go any lower. When we told our host that we were uncomfortable with the temperature, he repeatedly told us that 73 degrees is cold, and that we should be fine. After arguing with us for several minutes (arguing about our personal comfort level), he then came back and said the condenser will freeze if the AC goes any lower. This host seems to be only concerned with getting your money and nothing more. I recommend staying away from any property he manages. My only positive thing to say is the location is great and the pool was nice. Other than that, it is not worth the money to feel disgusting on your vacation. I highly recommend avoiding this property.

I usually thank the reviewer for their constructive criticism when I get less than a 5 star review but this review is nothing more than slanderous. The true statement of this review is that the thermostat was set at 73 and, for that, the customer was agitated with me. In 13 years of renting properties on Siesta Key, I've never had a review like this. All the other reviews for this property are nothing less than 5 stars, so take this with a grain of salt.

Amazing!

You get a pool practically to yourself. The condo itself is hard to leave, because it’s so nice. Then you have all the bars and the Siesta key village right outside your door. A 3 minute walk to the beach. Make sure to stay long it’s not an easy place to leave.

Great location , beautiful beach within walking distance although they do run free trains to the beach all day. Only complaint was the beds They are hard.
