Siesta Key Beach

We enjoyed the location close to the beach and loved the pool (once the pool heater was fixed). The beds were very comfortable, all new appliances and furniture, lots of pool towels, linens, beach chairs and wagon. We could walk to the village - and also rode our bikes in to town and on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The managers were easy to work with when we needed maintenance issues.

Great place, great rental company

The house, the location , the rental company are a perfect 5 star!!!! Maybe it's because they are smaller allowing them to be attentive? Whatever it is , my family and I will be renting with them next year.

The iTrip staff were the best. We rented a house for 6 weeks. Any time we had an issue the staff responded within the hour. The rental house was modest yet had all the amenities needed for an excellent vacation.

Great home near the beach!

We live in the area but decided to treat some out-of-state guests to a week at the beach on Siesta Key. We had a great time despite the rainy weather. The home is just down a block or so from the beach - easy walking distance. It is nicely renovated inside. When we arrived, everything was ready for our party of seven. The home was nice and clean, and we had plenty of towels. The screened-in pool was beautiful with a nice glassed in lanai that could be opened up to the pool area. The kitchen was very well supplied. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family visiting Siesta Key. It was very nice being in a single family home instead of a condo. More privacy and we did not have to share the pool.

The Best of the Best !

You know when your anxious and your expectations are high ! This house and the area met our expectations and did not disappoint ! We were here for 30 days to decompress,. and WE DID ! The house was very clean, well supplied and comfortable. The beach was down the street and you were able to stretch out. and it was not blanket to blanket. After the beach there's nothing like a refreshing pool to relax you even more. Siesta village was easy to get to and had great restaurants , shops and people watching ! Just a few minor problems with the TV ...a phone call and the next day fixed and problem solved ! The I trip office in Siesta Key was amazingly attentive to their clients and very friendly. We appreciated it so much !! WE WILL BE BACK !!

Great location; beautiful house

We were very happy with this rental. We’ve been renting houses in Siesta Key for years and this is the best one. The location was perfect. The proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted. The house is beautiful. The pool off the porch was screened, so no mosquitoes. And the lot feels very private. The kitchen was better equipped than most rental houses. You can actually prepare a real meal with sharp knives, good pots and pans. Also, the house was well stocked with beach items. We’ll definitely come back.

Exactly what we hoped for!

The location of this property is perfect. The house well-equipped for all of us. We slept slept well and every day walked to the beach, to town, or both. We hope to come again next year! Impressed with the staff who answered any concerns immediately (even over holiday weekend). Pool guys, lawn guys, sprinkler system, sanitation system, neighborhood etc..very well kept. Loved it !

Great Property!

We loved our stay in Siesta Key: the beach, the vibe, the location and ease of commute and the house! The place is managed/hosted by itrip vacations and communication was spot on, even delighted us with a small welcome gift for kids. The place was nice, relaxing and equipped with all essentials & fully stocked kitchen. The pool area and pool were very nice, and even though the light in pool didn’t work, we enjoyed it so much with the kids at day— we were tired to use it at night. Best of all— only a short walk to the wonderful beach and a short commute to downtown Siesta key or Sarasota.

Great Vacation

We had a great time on the Siesta Key in the house next to the Siesta Key white sand Beach! The house is located close to the beach - no more then 5 min of slow walk. House is in pretty good condition. It has a garage where washer/dryer are located. From the garage you enter a kitchen, so you do not need to walk around the house to put your grocery into the fridge. Garage can be opened only from inside. IT will be nice to add a garage opener. The kitchen is connected to open big room which combines dinning and living space. There are a big TV with Xfinity connection and big L-shaped couch. There two spacious bedrooms with attached bathroom and big master suite. There is a door to the patio from master suite. The patio is divide into two parts- one - under the roof where you can sit comfortable and enjoy the company and another one - pool area. Pool is great it is about 13 yards long and and the deepest part is about 5 feet. Water has temperature control which is pretty nice when you come back from the beach. We will definitely consider to rent this house next time when we will come to Siesta Key Beach again!
