La Sauvagère is a charming old farmhouse: thick walls, exposed stones and beams. It is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room, an independent fitted kitchen, a dining room and upstairs 4 bedrooms with spacious and comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and a wide corridor with toys and children's books. Since 2014, La Sauvagère has been equipped with a very pleasant swimming pool, since the summers are rather hot in the region. In the pyre adjoining the house, there is a ping pong table, garden furniture, a barbecue. It is located on the edge of the park of Château de Fontenay in a small, peaceful hamlet (4 houses). Self-catering cottages nearby if you wish to rent several houses. Ideal for children.
