La maison de vacances correspondait tout à fait à la description. Elle était très bien équipée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est située un peu en dehors du village, mais dans un endroit très calme. Même la route secondaire qui passe à proximité ne génère pas de bruit de circulation notable. L'équipement, en particulier celui de la cuisine, est supérieur à la moyenne ; nous n'avons jamais vu un tel équipement jusqu'à présent.L’emplacement est idéal pour voyager dans le nord de la Bretagne et nous l’avons déjà enregistré comme notre favori.M. et Mme Coz sont des hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les villages du Tregor ou du Leon. Tout près de Morlaix.Maison très agréable et extrêmement propre. Les équipements ménagers ne se compte plus, il s'agit d'une jolie maison ou l'on sent de la vie et non pas un appartement vide de décoration uniquement prévu pour la location. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La maison est très bien meublée et décorée avec goût. Vous ne manquerez de rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques, vous vous y sentirez vite comme chez vous. L'endroit offre tout le nécessaire pour vos besoins quotidiens. De nombreuses destinations intéressantes sont facilement accessibles. Un lieu de séjour vraiment exceptionnel.

Accueil irréprochable, propriétaire charmant ils nous avaient laissés des petites douceurs pour notre venue. C’est rare de voir une location aussi propre. Nos chiens ont été très bien acceptés. Plages à 10mn. Merci encore

Entspannend und herrlich unkompliziert

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Marie Claire‘s und Francois‘ Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht (zumindest alles was wir brauchten), ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Das hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Merci beaucoup Marie Claire et Francois.

Schön mit kleinem Aber

Das Ferienhaus ist ganz wundervoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern waren sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit viel Dekoration wie Vasen, Bildern und Familienfotos eingerichtet. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt mit ihnen via Mail verlief immer sehr schnell, Antworten kamen prompt. Die Gegend spricht für sich - goldige Örtchen, tolle Strände, interessante Märkte… Leider gibt es ein „Aber“: Kurz vor der Anreise kam eine Mail, mit der Aufforderung, eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ mitzubringen, von der nichts in der Anzeige stand. Bei der Ankunft hieß es, wir sollten die Endreining selbst durchführen, wovon auch nichts in der Anzeige stand. Insbesondere letzteres hat mich sehr geärgert. Dass man das Ferienhaus besenrein hinterlässt, ist für mich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Da ich aber im Urlaub eben Urlaub machen möchte und mich nicht mit Hausarbeit beschäftigen möchte, zahle ich gerne für die Endreinung, wenn angekündigt, möchte sie aber keines Falls selbst durchführen. Laut Anzeige kann man bis um 10 Uhr abreisen, was wir auch so ankündigten. Auch da bekamen wir die Antwort, dass wegen eines Termins der Vermieter schon um 9:30 Uhr Übergabe wäre. Da nutzte auch eine revidierende Mail am nächsten Morgen nichts, nachdem wir uns schon geeilt hatten. So schön es auch war - für uns passte es nicht so gut und wir werden dies Haus nicht noch einmal mieten.
