This beautiful condo has everything you need for your perfect ski or snowmobile adventure. Directly across from Giant Steps Lodge, this unit is with in walking distance to chair lifts two and three, restaurants, ski rental and grocery stores. Direct access to the snowmobile trails from the driveway. Come enjoy the breath taking scenery while you ski, snowmobile, tube, or sled.

Downstairs -
Entry hallway with seating to take off boots and outdoor gear. Kitchen includes gas appliances with all cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to cook your favorite meals. Cozy living room with pull out sofa bed, 35” LCD TV , DVD player, movie and music libraries. Gas fireplace and 18 x16 ft. windows with a gorgeous view of the mountain. Wireless internet, cable TV throughout the condo. Downstairs bedroom includes one queen and one full size bed. Attached full bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Walk out balcony with gas grill and seating area.

Upstairs –
Bedroom with one queen bed, dresser and LCD T.V. Attached full bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Loft with foosball and shuffleboard tables. Gaming area with  board games. Plenty of room a for blow up mattress for the kids(blow up mattress not provided).

Single car garage with direct inside access to condo hallway for easy entry on those big snow days!

Giant steps stay

Amazing property. The garage was awesome, fit our car with the yakema cargo box on top. The condo is huge! Comfortable couches and beds. Played shuffleboard for hours.

Location was great and check-in was easy. The unit was not particularly clean. Rather dusty and many of the dishes and pans had residue in them. The unit and building had some minor disrepair issues.

Needs deep cleaning

Location/view is good. Mgmt is fantastic & fast to respond. Cleanliness was poor, hair / food particles all over/in kitchen drawers in bathroom and on the sheets. Definitely did not disenfect all handles in kitchen per covid cleaning. I wiped them down with Clorox wipes and they were filthy and hard food particles on them. I checked out a day early after friends I met in Brian head left due to unclean, very hot no fans, hard beds, scratchy sheets & towels. They should really refund my cleaning fees as much cleaning as I had to do!

Christmas stay

I would of given 5 star but there were some things that were frustrating. Lack of cups we were cleaning cups by hand multiple times a day. There are only 2 cups and 4 wine glasses. Pans are warn. Wifii does not work well. We could not watch Netflix or stream movies. Also need more pillows and blankets. Property listing says sleeps 10 that is not accurate. 3 full size beds and 1 pull out bed. I love the tree it was nice to have a tree for Christmas. Location is awesome. We love the loft condos we come to Brianhead every Christmas and only stay in the loft condos.

Thank you for the heads up on the kitchen items, we will go through and make sure it is stocked correctly, had we known you were low during your stay we would have gladly brought what you needed up. The WiFi normally works great there, it seems with the storm it was going slower and in and out, sorry, I wish we had more control over things like that. We do advertise this condo as sleeping 8, with a maximum occupancy of 10 in case someone wants to bring babies that don't need their own bed, sorry if we didn't clarify that enough on the listing. We hope to have you back and will gladly check you in to make sure the property is just as you like.

Very comfortable and ideal location. The games are a really nice addition to the space. Big bathrooms, comfortable beds. Convenient direct access to closed garage. Kitchen could use more cooking utensils and pans are a little tired. But we loved our stay!

It would have received 5 stars if there wasn’t a Christmas tree in the living room at the end of Feb & had more drinking glasses. We kept running out and had to run the dishwasher and then we ran out of dishwashing detergent. I think there was only 6. The location was great, right accross from Giant Steps and the floor plan was spacious and worked great with 2 families of 4!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the condo. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We walked to the lifts at Giant Steps as well as the local pizzeria. The condo is nicely decorated, has an upstairs game room, wi-fi, Direct TV, and many DVDs. I would have given it five stars, but the cooking pans are worn out, and the toaster needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in the condo. The owner and manager were extremely helpful and easily accessible if we had any questions.
