The lay-out of this condo was tremendous with all the extra beds and room, plus a washer and dryer. We have stayed at this location for 30 years and never had such a great condo.
The condo was exactly as we expected. Everything was clean. We had 7 people staying and it was more than enough space for all of us. We could walk to the slopes through a path so no need to drive. We will most definitely be coming back for a possible summer trip and another winter trip. Thank you for a great place to stay!

We're glad that you had a wonderful time in the Property. You are always warmly welcome back! FamilyTime Vacation Rentals wishes you all the best.
This property was perfect for our family (8 adults, 2 kids) trip. There are two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of games and activities in the living room. Upstairs has two full size beds and 4 twin beds in a bunk bed formation plus another full bathroom. There are also two more twin beds in slanted room which is perfect for kids but adults won’t be able to stand up. That is also where the washer and dryer are located. It was clean and the property manager was responsive when I reached out with questions. Only downside is that this property is on the third floor that is only accessible by stairs. The lift for baggage was broken. It was great for accessing the ski resort for skiing and tubing. Perfect spot for our winter adventure, thank you!
Check in was easy. All was set up in advance. This is a third floor unit. There used to be a dumb waiter in this building to help with bringing things up to the third floor from the underground garage. It no longer is offered. The condo was nice and big. Plenty of space for everyone in our party, and the kitchen was set up with almost everything we needed to cook. Even though there are two picture of a BBQ on the outdoor patio, the BBQ was filthy when we went to use it, and the propane tank was nearly empty. We had to exchange the tank at the general store, AT OUR EXPENSE. When reaching out to the “property management company” I felt like I was getting AI responses or responses from another country call center. The beds were not comfortable. Nobody slept well on this vacation. We have never been so happy to be home following a vacation. I would not stay in this unit again.

We’re very sorry to hear that cleanliness did not meet expectations. This is not our standard, and we take this feedback seriously. Our team is reviewing this with housekeeping to ensure it’s addressed and does not happen again.
