Great Get away!

Nice clean updated property. Close to Port Clinton and the ferry is real close and also beach access. Very big backyard with plenty of seating. Wild wings restaurant highly recommended on the property.

We had a great time. 8 adults and 4 kids, the home had a perfect layout for us. Beach is small but was very close and we were the only ones using it for the most part. Lots of bugs, but that’s Lake life. Would stay again.

The house is gorgeous! We had 8 people and were very comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked with kitchen wares. The kids loved being able to walk over to the water for a swim. Loved hearing the waves while sitting on the front deck. There is also a play area for kids next door and our grandkids loved it.

This rental is outstanding! It is beautifully decorated, completely furnished, clean, and steps from the lake. The owner is pleasant and readily accessible for any questions or concerns. This rental made our family get together perfect!

Great Birding Location

Positives: super close to birding locations; quiet neighborhood; spacious, comfortable, clean; 2 decks and outdoor shower (did not use) Could Improve: Next to no water pressure; more than one washcloth, a bath mat, kitchen hot pads, and updated pillows and bedding would be nice.

Great location for birding; nice kitchen

This beach house worked well for our group that was in Ohio for birding - 10-15 minutes to Magee Marsh and birds singing in the trees around the house. The kitchen was better equipped than most such houses, so we were able to cook and enjoy meals. Nice porch! Only one bathroom but we made it work.

Loved, loved, loved this house!!!

My family and I stay for the holiday weekend and my daughter’s 17th birthday. As soon as we arrived the aesthetics were gorgeous. The house had everything we needed in it. The property was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. You could see the water from the front porch. I absolutely would stay here again and again and again. My only tiff was the grill not being cleaned and it ran out of propane, but other than that. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Walleye guys weekend

Pictures don’t do it justice. Cute, quiet, and clean freshly updated 4 bedroom cottage. All the amenities you could ask for, even beach access. Fully furnished and then some. Owner was friendly and available if we needed during our entire stay. Beds were comfortable. Nice relaxing deck and big parking slab.

Our stay at the Seashell was awesome. Large home with upscale finishes and decor. Lots of areas for everyone in family to have their space. Nice driveway for extra parking. Extremely clean. Nice BBQ. The lot is large with trees. Quiet neighborhood. The beach path was across the small road. It was a nice sandy area. We know the area so we explored Marblehead. Lunched at Cleats and Tin Goode Diner. I would book this again if we get a large group. Thanks to the owner who readily answered questions

Property was in a good location by the lake. A few items repairs (cabinet doors under sink needed hinge repairs and screen door wouldn't close by itself).

We enjoyed our stay at the Seashell. It was clean, easy to find and quiet neighborhood. There was 8 of us, including 2 teen boys. Good communication with the owner when we had questions, or needed something. The only downfall was just having 1 bathroom, which I looked over when booking it, but we made it work.

Perfect lake cottage for my 6 friends to stay for a long weekend fishing trip! Great sleeping arrangements. Perfect patio and sun room.

Sand beach is a private community and is very historical from the 1920s when there was a big dance hall at the entrance.

If you have your own boat or golf cart you may bring that with you and use that on the private roads within the community.

There are several recreational areas inside of the community for children

You may enjoy going to Cedar point which is approximately 30 miles away or you may visit many of the local eateries including Porky’s Pizza Trof, wild wings restaurant or drive into Port Clinton where there is many options available to eat

As well there is a ferry that goes from Port Clinton to put in Bay so you can enjoy daytrip’s to the islands

On a very rainy day you may consider going to the casino in Rossford which is approximately 30 miles away
Great to walk in , nearly a mile stretch of Beachfront adjoins this home.

Marina is less than 1/8 of a mile away, and a boat slip can be obtain for a nominal fee.

There is a Dollar General store for basics, and a Walmart to the west and east, about 15 miles away! Oak Harbor has an IGA store, and Jacks Superette is a great place to get meats to grill. About 5 miles west.

Eating: Porkys Pizza....1 mile. Wild WIngs Rest. .25 Miles, and check out Lagoon Saloon or Port clinton for great food.
Also try Put-In-Bay, Cedar Point ! or a great Fish place called Tackle Box 2 in Fremont, Ohio.
Gas: At the Marathon right at the entrance to the beach!
Charter? Just ask. I will recommend several!
