Great location for birding

This lovely, historic home is welcoming, and conveniently located for birding at Magee Marsh. Our family enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening, after a day spent exploring the various local wildlife areas.

comfortable place to stay

There were 4 senior adults staying to ride GOBA during the week. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to Port Clinton and was well equipped as a vacation property. I would recommend it.

Beautiful historic home with woodwork, glass door handles and lovely upgrades in keeping with the nature of the home. Roomy, comfortable beds and well-aapointed kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. A/C and fans kept us quite comfortable. We loved the large porch with chairs and swing. Great pizza and ice cream right around the corner, and brunch restaurant not far. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was very prompt, kind and responsive. A perfect stay! Highly recommend!

Great house with everything we needed

We had a long weekend here & we love this house! It’s got all the historic charm you might want, but all the updates you need. Seriously thought amenities, nice bedding & towels, and plenty of space! Nice, quiet location, easy walk to the main strip in town. Quick drive to Port Clinton. Great time!

Awesome stay! My new go-to in Oak Harbor.

There was four of us staying for 3 days in order to do some fishing on Lake Erie. we have been coming here for the past 20 years, at least 3 times per year and are very familiar with the area. This place is our new favorite!! The location is walking distance to everything in the downtown area, and is only a 10 minute drive to the Wild Wings Marina. Perfect spot for our fishing trip!The house was fantastic, and the beds were the most comfortable that any of us had slept in since we've been renting in the Oak Harbor area! The only problem we encountered was the slow streaming service while watching the TV, but that may have been due to the weather.All in all, we loved this place and will booking all our Lake Erie trips there moving forward!!
