It features a king-sized bed, chests of drawers, an armoire, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and a fireplace. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a walk-in tile shower with double shower heads, ample shelving, and a separate soaking tub.

The second bedroom is furnished with a brand-new queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom includes two brand-new twin beds. The bonus room provides additional flexibility with a futon and a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for extra guests or children.

The open kitchen is well equipped with generous counter and cabinet space, a center island for meal preparation, and bar seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the informal dining area seats four and opens to the deck overlooking the river. A secondary refrigerator is available for extra groceries and beverages.

The living room offers ample seating, large windows with scenic views, and a flat-screen TV. A formal dining room seats eight and includes a bar, making it perfect for group meals or entertaining.
