Apartment in the picturesque village of Limpias, located in a small urbanization with pool, garden, children's playground.

Nice apartment with wonderful views over the pool and the Ria de Limpias (nature reserve) from the terrace.

Very well equipped: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds + sofa bed), living room, bathroom, kitchen.

The apartment has direct access to the promenade along the estuary, where you can admire beautiful landscapes while walking, cycling or even rolling on your skates ...

The apartment enjoys an ideal location between the sea and the mountain (10 minutes from Laredo and its beautiful beaches, 15 minutes from Ramales de la Victoria, 30 minutes from Castro Urdiales and Santander Airport and 45 minutes from Bilbao) .

Beaches for all tastes in the area and many activities (hiking, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, paragliding, caving, canyoning, climbing, climbing, surfing, paddle surfing, diving ...).

In the center of Limpias, there is a small supermarket next to the bakery, 3 restaurants and a few bars near the church of "Santo Cristo". It also has a gourmet restaurant uy in the "Parador" of Limpias.

In the city of Colindres (5 minutes from Limpias) you will find several supermarkets

The location of the property and facilities it offered, couldn't have been better for us and our 10month old. The pool and playground, the stunning view across the river; the local cafe, bar and shop; and surrounding countryside, beaches, towns and villages were fantastic. Dominique and Florence were incredibly kind and helpful. We hope to return!

Coqueto apartamento con preciosas vistas a la ría.

Apartamento bien situado y con unas inmejorables vistas a la ría de Limpias. Amplias habitaciones, colchon cómodo y buena terraza para disfrutar de las vistas. La cocina está bien aunque podría mejorarse ya que carece de lavavajillas, secadora y batidora. Imprescindible llevarse almohada de casa y coger la plaza de garaje porque no hay zonas de aparcamiento cerca. Recomendable hacer fotos al entrar y al dejar la casa para evitar malentendidos con el propietario. Fue una estancia bastante agradable en líneas generales.

Hola Francisco, Solemos añadir cosas en el piso, teniendo en cuenta los comentarios. Ese año, hemos comprado batidora para las parejas con bebe. Hasta ahora, no hemos recibido observaciones para las almohadas. Hay zonas de aparcamiento cerca (a 500 metros del piso) pero en el verano, lógicamente, son mas ocupadas. Y las fotos no son necesarias cuando nuestros inquilinos respetan las normas :-) (Llevamos 5 años alquilando el piso, y NUNCA hemos tenido malentendidos hasta aquella vez)

Appartement agréable dans un très bel environnement

Appartement bien équipé malgré un lit de 1,35 m ....et le manque d’un lave vaisselle qui pourrait tout-à-fait avoir sa place dans la grande cuisine , regret de ne pas avoir un miroir de grande taille. Gros problème de parking ( absolument indispensable en juillet -août): place exiguë et manœuvre très délicate surtout quand les 3 places à côté et devant vous sont occupées ....d’autant plus rageant quand le parking est rempli à moins de 50 % !!! Deux remarques complémentaires : nous n’avons pas apprécié de ne pas avoir de réponse à notre question posée lors de la réservation sur la taille du lit , nous ne l’avons eue que quelques jours avant notre arrivée...pas très fair-play , cette info pourrait d’ailleurs figurer dans l’annonce comme c’est souvent le cas. Nous aurions apprécié un 2ème jeu de clés.

Appartement très propre avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Noémi nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et s'est donnée du mal pour nous transmettre les instructions malgré notre niveau déplorable en espagnol. Dommage que l'on entende autant les voisins la nuit. Sinon le logement est lumineux et bien équipé, la vue est magnifique (pensez à vous munir de jumelles si vous souhaitez observer les oiseaux). La promenade en bas de l'appartement est agréable et permet d'aller à la supérette à pied.

En ce qui concerne le bruit la nuit, nous allons essayer d'identifier quels sont les voisins bruyants afin de leur laisser un petit message. Et pour ce qui est des jumelles, suite à votre bonne remarque, nous avons prévu de laisser une paire de jumelles (à partir de cet été) sur place dans l'appartement. Totalmente cierta toda la información de las propietarias: urbanización con piscina, jardín, parque infantil y nueva zona de juegos (futbol y basket) que estrenamos. Bonitas vistas a la ría de Limpias desde la terraza. Muy bien equipado limpio y con servicio abundante; la persona encargada especialmente solícita y amable. Para repetir
