Beautiful Ocean-View, 16th floor, apartment, right ON THE Beach.

Enjoy breathtaking direct ocean views from your private terrace, on the 16th floor, located directly on the beach with a direct access. The property is newly renovated.
We are conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
Just a 20 minute drive to Miami South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING WILL BE UNDERGOING RESTORATION WORK SET TO BEGIN IN JUNE 2025 AND COMPLETE APRIL 2026 GUESTS MAY EXPERIENCE SOME NOISE (9 am to 4h30pm NOT WEEKENDS) BALCONY MAY BE INACCESSIBLE. WINDOWS HAVE BEEN REPLACED! PLEASE CONTACT HOST IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS!

There is an inexpensive trolley, which stops at our building and does a loop stopping along the Broadwalk and downtown shopping area and back.


The property was completely remodeled.
Master bedroom set is with King size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom;
2nd bedroom with 2 queens beds and full bath;

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, new refrigerator (with water dispenser), microwave, coffeemaker, blender, new dishwasher, all utensils and sitting area.

A large living room is with spacious dining area for 6, features a sofa set , ottoman and sitting area,access to the ocean view balcony.

2 spacious bathrooms one is with shower and 2nd with bath/ shower.

Southeast sun filled ocean side unit,

Ocean views from all rooms and balcony.

Free, high-speed WiFi in the condo.

The building located ca 20 min to Fort Lauderdale airport and is situated on 12 miles of sandy white beaches. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, groceries, etc.

Wonderful getaway

A friend and I stayed here to focus on work for a few days. We enjoyed the spaces inside the unit that gave us working place options. We also enjoyed the beach, gym, and pool. Great location to walk to restaurants and other stores.

wonderful stay for vacation

very clean and convenient place. all the things for the beach and the baby was there. beautiful view from the balcony for the sunrise and the sunset. little bit windy and shadow at the pool but the beach is perfect.

Ocean Front Fun

My family had a great time at this condo. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and easy walk to pool and beach. Restaurants within walking distance and laundry so close it was like in unit laundry.

Great Apartment

Everything was good, location was great. The view is amazing. Pool is heated. Apartment is spacious and very modern and clean. Amazing area as well with Walmart only ten minute walk away.

Perfect Getaway

My adult children and my husband and myself stayed here for a birthday getaway and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Busy condo with pool and beachfront access. A great restaurant next door - chairs to rent on the beach (a little pricey) but the condo did have their own chairs we could use we just preferred the loungers - they even had food and drink delivery on the beach! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo had a great view - laundry and garbage was easy to do as well. If I had to suggest anything I would say maybe an extra towel Or two would be nice - but overall great trip!!

Great Property and View

this is a fantastic property with a fantastic view. The check-in process was flawless. I would consider this a hidden gem. Property manager (Viktor) was professional and very meticulous. Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

Great condo and location. Well equipped condo, had everything we needed. We’ll certainly stay here again. Owner very responsive to any questions. Walking distance to Walmart for groceries. Wonderful view of ocean from balcony.

Fantastic Trip

It was a great experience for our family. Beautiful area with many restaurants close by. Only 1.5 miles to the Hollywood Boardwalk. 18 min from airport. Beautiful, clean beach with white sand. Safe area. Very clean, up to date furniture. Spacious and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thanks Viktor. Definitely would come back!

Location and amenities

Located in the perfect spot. They also provide a lot of extras like beach chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, kitchen seasonings etc. Would definitely stay again. The front desk and the valet are not the most compitant or friendly people, but that takes nothing away from the stay itself. Just a heads up.

Beach getaway

It’s really easy access to get there. Great views from balcony in either direction. Short walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to Walmart. We’ll stocked kitchen. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Great week in Hallendale Beach!

We were very pleased with the ease of check-in and the property was awesome! Everything you need to take down to the beach is right there in the closet! Viktor was very accessible for anything that we needed. I could sit on the balcony all day: to the left was the beach/ocean and to the right was city with intercoastal waterway views! Thanks Viktor!

Lovely clean and comfortable

This unit is very nice, super clean, well stocked. They have beach towels, blow dryer and every kitchen item you would need. Small balcony though with view at angle. Pool area nice but no hot tub. Easy beach access. Every area in lobby and pool area immaculate. I don’t think the area has much though. Definitely beach vacation.

Spring Break

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The washing machine and dryer were not in the unit itself and you had to load money onto a special card that was quite frankly a pain. There was only one towel and one wash rag provided for a family of six and that was also a huge inconvenience. Beach access was close and the pool was nice. Good options for dinner in the area. There were balls and chairs provided which was nice.

Great location and great wonderful property!

This unit is in a great neighborhood with really good restaurants right down the road. Convenient to shopping. Super clean and very well stocked. Communication with Viktor was very easy and he was quick to answer our questions. Unit description was spot on and there were no surprises. We liked the beach down by boardwalk a little better, not as much seaweed, but afternoons on the balcony were perfect. Valet guys were wonderful and super helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Greet the morning with a cup of coffee and a lovely view of the ocean

A lovely condo with great beach view. 20 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport and convenient to walk to lots of restaurants. The host- Viktor-responds quickly to any questions and is eager to make sure guests are comfy and happy. Beds are soft comfy. NIce pool and a low key family crowd; no party hardy types, so you sleep nicely. The concierge Angel is very helpful and can point you various places to eat- walking distance: Padrinos for Cuban food- Terraza's for true S. Beach feel with good Italian food. A very very nice quiety relaxing stay. A+
