About this property

Secluded Beachfront Home with your very own beach

This rare beachfront home is situated in a secluded cove within walking distance of both Paihia (30 mins walk) and Opua (50 mins walk). It was remodeled in 2018 with new bathroom and floors throughout. The house boasts three bedrooms (all beds and furniture are new):

bedroom 1 - king size bed with sliding doors with beach views
bedroom 2 - queen size bed with sliding doors with beach views
bedroom 3 - two twin size beds with plenty of room for play area or third bed (not included)

The newly renovated bathroom is large and comes with heated floors.

There is also a separate ablution block about 10 meters from the house with the second bathroom and separate washing machine area and outdoor shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to make memorable meals. The dining area has a Kauri table and seating for 7 people. Living area has a sofa that seats 3; two swiveling rocking chairs (and an additional one in the middle bedroom that can be brought out) with ottomans and an upholstered cane chair for a comfortable seating total of six adults.

The living/dining area has an amazing view of the garden and beach. From the new 20 foot deck you can see Russell and watch sail boats race right from the couch. Or sip a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sun set over the bay in front of you. Young and old will love to play on the beach and water alike. It is truly a magical setting!

A Beautiful Gem in The Bay of Islands

Rarely do the photos underestimate a property, but wow! Nina's home was beautiful, stunning grounds with well kept gardens and fruit trees, plenty of secluded areas to sit and relax. Water and coastal walks literally at your door. Lovely comfortable decorated bedrooms and bathroom. All living areas spacious and open. Proximity to Paihai is just 3mins by car. My family had a wonderful time. Thanks Nina

Wonderful Pahia Holiday

Fantastic property - nicely modernised interior with three large sized bedrooms. Bonus having the second outside bathroom facilities. Small living and kitchen but very functional and everything provided that was needed. Wonderful views and location and the front deck is a lovely sport to sit, watch and go for a swim - we had a great stay!

This has been our family holiday home for 40 years. Many happy memories for us! We are pleased to share the house and garden with you to help create your own happy memories. This property is ideal for a family who wants privacy, space for parking 2-3 vehicles in private drive, and your own beach.

Why they chose this property

There is no other true beach front property with it's own beach in all of Paihia. It is an easy walk into town along the coast at low tide or along the road at high tide. It's also on the coastal path to Opua where you can enjoy an icecream or tour the harbour.
