Private spaces for everyone, yet many places to be together. Big home, Beautifully renovated home on quiet Seagrove Street with Private Pool. Pet Friendly. Invite your friends and family to enjoy group meals at the farm table over looking the pool, spacious open floor plan, fun media/bunk room for kids/teens. A quick under 5 minute walk to public beach access. This house has all the peace and tranquility you have come to expect from Seagrove, but away from the crowds! No worry about parking or traffic. Quick and easy trip to Publix or Seaside by avoiding 30A. Close to Everything. Middle of it all, without the crowds close by.
House has 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths between the main house and separate apartment, with an additional bunkbed room/media room that sleeps four more people in the main home. Please Note ** the kitchen is on the second level of the house, with a farm table on the screened in second level porch^^ Watch over the pool, watch the colors of the sky change at sunset, while you dine and relax.
Rental includes: Main home + apartment attached to the main home, with it's own separate entrance. There is no shared entrance/doorway between the house and apartment (think carriage house, but attached to the back of the main home).

SPECIAL NOTE: Any spring break rental request will be fully vetted and limited to related family members. Chaperoned groups will not be allowed. Spring Break capacity will be limited to 10 people only. All names and ages must be included on request. Sorry for this extra step, but I care about the renters experience and I care about the house.

Ideal family vacation home. Casual enough to relax like you’re in your own home, but wonderfully decorated and the linens and beds were all amazingly comfortable. The short distance to the beach and town center was super convenient.

The house had everything we needed. Great location to shops and restaurants. Fast walk to the beach. Unlike many other beaches this was nice and quiet, no crowds. Highly recommended staying here.

Great beach vacation

Our stay was wonderful. House is well stocked with everything needed, location is amazing. Great for families. Less than 10 minute walk from the beach, walkable to a good number of shops/restaurants in the Seaside neighborhood, drivable to tons of others. Great to have the private pool. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a comfortable home at the end of a quiet street, easy walking distance to the beach. The host is immediately responsive and made suggestions and answered questions leading up to our stay. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! Located at end of cul-de-sac with quick access to trail with short walk to beach for all ages. Coming back from beach and taking a dip in the private pool was such a treat for our troop! Spacious layout for everyone was a big bonus. Loved the balcony for meals and morning coffee. With all the visitors/crowds to the area we felt we were in an oasis in this quiet gorgeous neighborhood. Beach access for our area was not over crowded at all, even on the weekend. Love that there are a couple bikes there to use. I always like to ride down to grayton beachBrad was an extremely accommodating host!

Beautiful I’ve ever seen

The house was so clean and good! I would stay again. All of the kids had a blast in the pool! And there is a shortcut in the neighborhood that leads you to the road and entrance to the beach. It’s only a 3 minute walk from the shortcut and you can take it back. Just a beautiful property. Stay for your Florida Vacation!! 🥰

Book it, you won’t regret it. Walk to the beach is super easy but make sure you bring a beach buggy for all the beach toys. Publix is close to the house and lots of good food within walking distance. Rent bikes from Butterfly Bike & Kayak. The food trucks and the Shrimp Shack in the Seaside square are awesome. Best grilled oysters goes to Shrimp Shack but Hurricane Oyster bar has some of the best raw oysters i’ve ever had!

Close walking distance to the beach

Great house that is on a quite street but yet close to everything. Short walking distance to the beach and can also walk to Seaside were food trucks, restaurants and shops are. Super close drive to Publix too. We had a wonderful time, this is our second time vacationing at this house and we cannot wait to come back soon! Everything was awesome.

Great stay at Santa Rosa Beach!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and had more room than what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Everything is provided that is needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The private pool is very nice and convenient. Short walk to the beach from the house. Communication with the owner was prompt and we did not have any issues during the stay. We enjoyed staying here and will plan on returning again in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful home

Excellent property and would recommend to anybody. House is a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to local restaurants and shopping. More than enough pool toys to keep the kids happy and everything else inside the house that you would need from bedding to cookware. While we didn't use it, the separate apartment is a nice perk for those traveling with larger groups. Check-in/check-out process was quick and simple, and far easier than family who stayed in another property nearby. A+ property and would certainly rebook on future visits.

This house is in a great location! It's an easy bike ride to everything and short walk to the public beach access. The layout of the home is interesting. The kitchen and family area is up stairs and most of the bedrooms are downstairs. It has a nice balcony with plenty of sitting/table space for breakfast/morning coffee/drinks overlooking the pool. The owners have thoughtfully decorated and provided everything you need for a successful vacation. For water fun you will find sand beach toys, boogie boards, and pool floats. You will also find a shower just outside to rinse off any sand. The pool was a nice addition to relax in the evenings! In the home there are extra bed sheets/blankets, some cooking spices,plenty of dishes, puzzles, games, and smart TV's for all of the apps, etc. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleaniness of the home considering pets are welcome. There was no trace of pet hair or smells, or even dust on anything, and the sofas are kept covered and clean. The beds are all very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in every room. Brad the owner was quick at responding before and during our trip to any questions and requests. He even left a gift basket of goodies for the family. The teens loved the chips & snacks!!! We highly recommend this vacation home!

Great Family Stay

First, let’s talk about the location. The house is on a beautiful, quiet street, right off 395 and close to the beach. The BEST part of all - the beach access for this house led to one of the least populated areas along the beach There were times that I joked with the kids that I paid an extra $50K for a private beach vacation. It’s easy to get to Publix, so you don’t have to buy everything you might need in one giant shop ( and end up with lots of leftovers to throw out). There’s a 5 min walk to the beach (we timed it). The path was a bit challenging if you’re carrying a large or heavy items as it was as a little narrow and had trees crossing in different directions. That said, it wasn’t a big deal. You can always drop tents, big coolers and chairs at the end of the road across from the beach, have your strong peeps carry them right across road, drive right back to the house and join them a few minutes later. Now for the house. We really loved it. It was super cute! We had 9, but you could sleep up to 12 people in beds. There’s a private apartment space that was perfect for our daughter and her fiancé . There was a private room in the back of the downstairs where we put the loud snoring uncle. Having a pool was nice after a day in the salty ocean and for a night swim. The kitchen was very well appointed. Though a bit small, it was no problem. There was always hot water for showers and the beach chairs and toys were great! Thank you for hosting us Amy!

Spacious bedrooms and easy walk to the beach! Pool was huge, a little cold but it is October. Pet friendly was the best part! Our dog is getting old and doesn’t like to be left behind! Made the trip more enjoyable! Overall it was a great house to stay in close to Seaside!

I have been enjoying Seagrove Beach since 2003, the year we were married. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. Leaving the dogs home while on vacation never seemed right for me and typically caused more worry, so when an opportunity came up where I could bring our dogs and offer others a place to bring their fur babies as well, I thought the 'Seadog Motel' was a perfect idea. Though, take the word Motel lightly.....we are beach chic, modern, close to most anything with NO traffic.
