An extra adult or child can sleep here very comfortably. This condo has a beautiful kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area and a stylish and comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace. Outside the living area is a balcony with scenic views of Aspen Mountain.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Our property features a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Perfect downtown location

We were excited to be able to walk downtown day or evening. Every restaurant we at at was super great! We had excellent service everywhere. Our favorite restaurant is Poppycocks on cooper st. Was able to catch a rugby tourney at the park.

Great stay in beautiful Aspen

Property was just as described. The unit had top of the line appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Location is on a quiet street away from the busy city center, yet within walking distance of town. Aspen is awesome with lots of hiking and biking trails for a fall visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lift One Condominiums for New Year's Eve 24-2025! It was a lovely room! The location was perfect. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go. The room was nice, neat, cozy and clean. There was plenty of space and had several closets! It had everything we needed and then some! Gorgeous view! Friendly and extremely helpful staff. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Aspen and I'll check availability at Lift One Condo's FIRST!

Short Get Away

This unit provided everything we needed for a four night stay during the end of ski season. Check in was smooth and maid service super. Only downside was the hot tub was down for a while but as a hot tub owner, I wasn't too disappointed. One warning if you were planning to cook (which we weren't) - there were no spices or condiments. Not a problem for us, though. Overall a great weekend.

lovely condo. very large living space. very responsive team. clean and close to town. saw a bear in the courtyard, so i would recommend improving trash security. otherwise, perfect stay!

Perfect Ski Condo in the Heart of Aspen

We had a great ski trip staying in this property. It was just a short walk away from Lift One at Aspen Mountain, which made it super easy to hop on the slopes. The condo is in excellent condition and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. This unit also has a nice balcony that we enjoyed sitting out on and looking up at the slopes. The staff and housekeeping services were top notch. The pool and hot tub area were also beautifully landscaped and had towel service available. Overall, a top notch place to stay!

Great Location, Great Condo

Had a great stay. Only 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants. was able to park the car and leave it. Beats trying to find a parking spot and paying for it! The unit was fantastic. Great view of Aspen Mtn from the balcony. Loved the wood burning fireplace that I used every night. Provided and super dry firewood along with gel starter packs was a plus. The condos were super quiet with no problem sleeping in the comfy bed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at Lift One condos and in this unit again!

Loved our experience

Great location easy walk to everything in town, yet on the edge enough to enjoy a quiet stay. Everyone was very helpful. Even though off season, pool and hot tub stayed open because the weather allowed... Bonus! A well appointed kitchen and overall modern vibe. Soft comfy bed with pull out when my partner snored. Awesome views from the back balcony. Minor suggestions... only 2 small pillows, one each (probably covid related) and FYI for the owner, the toilet ran sometimes until the lever was jiggled. Not a bother as it was easily corrected, but thought you should know. Thank you for the complementary bottle of wine. We will definitely stay again, and recommend it to others. Thank you for a perfectly comfortable stay at a lovely, well maintained property. Thank you.

Great location, clean but terrible bed.

I really wish I could give this place a 5 star review but the bed is so bad it really ruined our stay. The office was closed all weekend so we couldn’t say anything. The location is great. You can park your car and walk everywhere. The place was clean and well stocked but the bed squeaks getting in it and with any move you make. My boyfriend ended up sleeping on the couch. I am surprised no one else complained about this unless the last people who stayed here had a party on the mattress and ruined it. I took a video to show the office how much noise it makes just by lifting your arm or turning. I would not stay here again unless the mattress is changed. Everything else was great about it but being unable to sleep was unacceptable.

Modern updated condo, great location, great stay!

We stayed here for 4 days for a mini-honeymoon after our wedding in the mountains over Memorial Day. The condo is updated and modern - the appliances are super high end. The mattress is amazing - we both had amazing sleep and were super comfortable. The condo was quiet and relaxing and a fantastic location to be able to walk to everything - hiking on the mountain, biking around the endless bike trails, walking to the park/shops/restaurants, etc. We didn't use our car the whole trip. The only disappointment we had was that the hot tub (and pool) closed at 5pm. We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub later in the evening when it was cooler.

Easy access to lift on Aspen mountain

Location was perfect. We learned, when leaving, how easy it was to use the free bus system to return to the airport, when leaving. Even with 4 luggage and skis. Accommodation was ideal for skiing all morning and returning to condo for lunch. Aspen downtown and restaurants are nearby and very good. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice updated condo

Convenient location, very clean, simple and uncluttered, great hot tub. Things to consider - lots of kids, construction on new bldg behind this one.
