The Fashinghaus West condominium complex captures the classic charm of a ski lodge while offering all the modern comforts expected from a premium Aspen stay. Guests enjoy access to a heated pool and jacuzzi, with direct access from the master bedroom. A conveniently located grill by the pool area is perfect for entertaining and outdoor dining.

We continually upgrade the unit to ensure our guests enjoy maximum comfort. The condo features a welcoming living room, entryway coat closet, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable sleeper sofa, a private porch, and a stunning 55-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Viking oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning ritual.

The property was located just a few blocks from downtown Aspen and from some hiking trails. The gym and pool/hot tub were close by as well. Drawbacks include a very small shower in the twin bedroom and at least one of the twins was very soft.

You cannot beat this location! Nice and quaint property and a very short walking distance to Wagner park and downtown Aspen. Owner and property manager were wonderful to work with!

This weekend was somewhat of a nightmare. Check in said we had to display a parking pass, but the office where we were supposed to pick it up was never opened during the duration of our stay. We checked half a dozen times and spent a ton of time worrying about our car getting towed. While the location is great, the property is essentially in the basement level with little natural light, and the bathrooms are very small and very dated. Communication with the owners was very challenging. We got locked out while trying to check out (passcode expired) and it took them over 7 hours to respond. Luckily we were able to connect with the handyman, but it could have been absolutely disastrous rather than just a colossal inconvenience. We would not go back.

Great Condo, Great Location

My husband and I went to Aspen Food & Wine with another couple, and we were very happy with our condo! It was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. The location was extremely easy to walk to our events and just across from the St. Regis Hotel. Communication was great with the manager, and I highly recommend this place.

Great In Town Location

Perfect location

A group of us stayed here for a girls trip to Aspen and all agreed the condo was great. The location couldn't be better as it's close to everything all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Aspen and just steps from the St Regis and Aspen mountain, plus the host was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this stay

We had a wonderful visit..skiing and dining were excellent! The unit is located conveniently to town as well as the gondola. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a great stay and hope to come back!!

Good location and nice property

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The manager responded quickly when we requested sheets for the sofabed and a couple of extra towels, which was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to have more ice trays, but overall, it was an excellent stay.
