#406 is a top floor corner unit with views of Aspen Mountain. All three bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms and the third bedroom offers two twins beds. There are hardwood floors in the dining and living area. The dining area has seating for 6 and there is spacious seating in the living area which features new sofas. Outside the living area is a large wraparound deck with beautiful southern views.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Our property features a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Whether you are coming for vacation, or business, we are in the perfect location to take advantage of everything Aspen and the surrounding area has to offer.

Everything we needed!

Was the perfect place for us to stay for my bachelor party. Close to the belly up, close to the aspen mountain gondola, and the bus couldn’t be closer. Staff and property were fantastic.

Pros: Location is great. Hot tub is nice.Cons: Not very clean, found a pill (S10) on the floor. Dirty tissues under bed, bathrooms not very clean.The sheets and pillow cases were washed with extremely scented fragrance, had to put t-shirts over to mask smell.Our locker wouldn't lock for skis. Had to store everything in our car.Seemed quite dated, and thermostats are unpredictable.For the price point, quite disappointed.

Good stay at Lift One

Condo was nice, property enjoyable and well located. Condo needs some updating and minor repairs. Leaky faucet and missing screens. Also, pool and spa closing at 8:00 was just too early for us. Daily housekeeping was a nice amenity.

My friends and I all own rental properties and are in commercial property ownership/management. This experience and property location couldn't have been better. The management staff fully impressed us and were accessible at all times.

Excellent Aspen option

4 of us stayed here for a long weekend in Aspen and it was an excellent experience. This unit is on the 4th floor (yes there's an elevator), with a nice wrap-around balcony. Rooms were good size, spotless and beds were very comfortable. I think the living room looks crowded in the photo, but it is not in real life. Really nice siting area. We also went in the hot tub one night, which was awesome - clean, large, boulders around it give a nice feel. It's a 5-10 min walk to everything in the busy part of town. Check-in and out was seamless.

This property was perfect for our family retreat!

It was just as it appeared on the listing, but we discovered it was even more comfortable and homey than we expected. Loved that each bedroom has its own bath, that the fireplace was functional and firewood provided. We had a fabulous time and would easily stay there again.

Unit 310 stay

Excellent location and property. The property manager was attentive and we loved staying in town. The unit is clean and all the bathrooms are newly remodeled and have plenty of storage space. The WiFi worked incredibly well- 3 of us were working at one time and we had no issues. The only recommendation I would make would be to add a floor lamp or if possible ceiling lights in the family room and master. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
