All rooms have ceiling fans, Dyson bladeless fans and flat screen TV's. The two upstairs bedrooms have window A/C units in the peak summer months. With the professionally designed decor and amenities, you will feel as if you have your own private suite during your stay here.

Important Information About Pool & Hot Tub Access: The pool and tennis courts will be closed for the winter beginning 10/13/25. Hot tub will remain open for the winter.

******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
