Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CHECK OUT-turn furnace down to 60 degrees,turn off small bedroom heater and/or window air conditioner if used,make sure all doors locked,wash dishes.
Smoking is permitted outdoors.
Due to high cost of natural gas we would appreciate it if you would turn furnace down if leave for extended time.
