Experience the comfort and luxury of this lovely four bedroom, four & ½ bath home, overlooking the Royal Ka’anapali Golf Course with sweeping ocean views. Enjoy the four spacious ensuite bedrooms, the fully appointed Chef’s Kitchen, and spacious living room.

Enjoy cold beverages at sunset and the magnificent rockwork on the front lanai which overlooks the pool. The lush ground with mature tropical foliage give you the feeling of having your own private Ka’anapali hideaway. You will find a gracious home filled with a variety of tasteful artworks.

The home is air conditioned for your comfort and you will enjoy the fully appointed Chef’s Kitchen with its many amenities.

Two of the Bedrooms contain king sized beds and the other two bedrooms each have queen size beds. The downstairs master bath contains a lovely soaking tub and full shower. The rest of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms.

Great House!

Great location to shops, restaurants and beaches. Amazing view and it was great having a pool. A bit of road noise from the highway below but worth it for the view, pool, and amenities.

Fantastic Place and Location

I wish I could buy this house. We simply loved the location and the Terrace and pool was terrific. The house was appointed extremely well. We had everything needed. They thought of everything. Thanks to the owners and management for the best vacation ever.

We always have had good experiences with rentals through VRBO however this home should not be in the inventory! Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the we learned the filter and automatic vacuum were broken. Cigarettes in the ashtray, bird poop on all the outdoor furniture, dirty ugly koi pond, broken pavers in the driveway and lots of vegetation debris. Inside the home the carpet was filthy, some of the showers had mold and the faucet handles in the primary suite were not working (my husband fixed) filthy plantation shutters in the bedrooms, some drawers not cleaned out and had owners undergarments! The last straw was a huge leak in the ceiling during the rainstorm! Do not recommend…I have pictures to back up these issues…

Fantastic home near Kaanapali.

We truly enjoyed the home. It was spaacious with great views and location. Most things were in working order. We understand it can be challenging when renters are in the property. The price, location and home size were reasonable. It afforded our entire group to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and cook for family meals.

Private Tropical Paradise

The house was better than we expected. The pictures are great, but to be there in person it is even more amazing. The pool is huge, and the landscaping is extremely lush with tropical flowers everywhere! The rooms are all very nice with comfortable beds and high quality linens. We slept great every night. I cannot state how relaxing our stay at this property was. We sat on the patio every morning drinking coffee and watching the whales jump right in front of us. The property manager, Debbie, was amazing. She checked on us before we left, upon arrival, and after a few days to offer any assistance and to make sure we were happy. She is very sweet! We highly recommend this property if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a resort, but still be only a few minutes from the dining and shopping of Kaanapali.

Great Family Vacation!

Spacious home, large pool, lots of amenities and fantastic location! Our family loved this property and it was a great base for our Maui vacation. Yes, it is an older home and needs a few upgrades, but the location cannot be beat. Plus there was lots of space for us all to spread out. We spent most of our time in the backyard, with the covered lanai, poolside sunbed chairs and the large pool (with a true deep end). The kitchen had everything you could need, except a working main oven, though a countertop one was provided. We ended up using the grill primarily and didn't miss the oven at all. Oh, and there are 2 full laundry rooms - loved that! The property manager was easy to reach and responsive - we got locked out and she got us back in right away. The location is close to the old airport beach (walkable), on a golf course (no obstructions for the amazing view) and about an hour to the international airport. Great vacation!

Amazing property!

My family stayed at this property for 9 days and it was absolutely perfect! Photos do not do the backyard justice as you have much more of an ocean view than depicted. The pool is also huge with a deep end which we were not expecting. The house itself is very comfortable and with 4,000 sq, there was more than enough room for 8 adults to feel like we had own space. There are some maintenance items that could be addressed but nothing that altered the experience of our stay. The location could not be better - you can walk to the beach from the house! The management company was great and very responsive. Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great house but…….

We rented this house for 4 couples for 3 weeks. The layout of the house with 4 en-suite bedrooms, pool, location and view were terrific. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, the outdoor space and wonderful sunsets. Our 1st problem was that the kitchen had no oven. The property manager provided a countertop oven which filled our need. The 2nd and more pressing problem was the A/C. Almost immediately, there was water on the floor in one of the bedrooms and 2 of the 4 bedrooms heated up during the daytime and never fully cooled down at night. We notified the property manager of these problems and after assuring her that we were not leaving outside doors open or playing with the thermostats she sent an A/C guy who was really a plumber. He looked at the water on the floor and did nothing about it or the A/C. As it turned out, the owner of the house who lives in Ohio had control over the thermostats and lowered them with little effect. Four days later, more water on the floor and another futile visit from the plumber. After a week of texts to the property manager and warm nights for the occupants of the 2 bedrooms, the owner agreed to send a real A/C tech. So 10 days after our first complaint the A/C tech arrived, added some coolant to the system and said the ceilings are high and uninsulated making it hard to cool the house. Based on an inexpert opinion we would say the house is long overdue for a new A/C system. The property manager sent us texts saying “sorry you are unhappy with the solutions the owner has provided” when, after initially blaming us for the problem, there were no solutions. We should not have had to spend so much of our vacation dealing with issues that belong to the homeowner.

Spacious & relaxing home with amazing views in a great location!

While this was our third time renting a home in Maui, this was our first time renting on the western side of the island. The home did not disappoint. Some of the numerous positives to this home: - Spacious : This home had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We had no issues with our extended family of 8 (of varying ages) Two bedrooms are located on first floor making it easy for older relatives. Each floor had a living room/family room allowing for different groups to watch/do different activities. All of the bedrooms were very roomy and all but 1 had direct access to a bathroom. - Relaxing : The home was very comfortable & relaxing. The pool area had numerous chairs/tables as did the family/living areas. Early morning and evenings in the pool area were a favorite since you could see the sun hitting the water / nearby island in the morning and could catch sunsets at night. - Amazing Views : As implied in my previous comments, the home has some very nice views of the water courtesy of its location. The home is situated near a golf course which grants the home a nearly unobstructed view of the beach/water from the pool / deck area. - Location : The home is very conveniently located. The closest beach is a mere ~60 second (or less) drive across the street to a parking lot with ample *free* parking. Whaler's Village, is less than 5 minutes away. Front Street, in Lahaina, is also a short drive. - Property Management - The property management contact was VERY responsive and if we needed anything, they were quick to respond. Negatives : We did not have any major issues while in this home. We did encounter a few minor issues, though none of them were "deal breakers" by any means. Additionally, home renters should expect to encounter some minor issues, especially when the houses are in heavy demand. (E.g. if the home is booked 24x7x365, there isn't a lot of time for major repairs/updates/etc.) For reference some of the things we encountered: - One electrical outlet didn't work (there were plenty of others so no real issue) - Grill was ran out of propane (Property Mgmt. brought a replacement over in ~10 minutes) - A bedroom TV wasn't working (We didn't go to Maui for TV and there were numerous other TVs) All-in-all, no issues that would prevent me from renting this property again. Thanks for having us!

Hawaiian Paradise at our VRBO.

House was even nicer than the pictures. Very spacious home and in excellent condition. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to stretch out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Outside patio was large and shaded part of the day. Pool was a bonus. House was within 5 to 15 minutes from beaches, stores, shops, and restaurants. When we go back to Hawaii we would want to stay there again.

Good bones BUT serious maintenance issues!

>Only one TV worked (LR) >1/2 bath toilet out of order >Upstairs MB shower door is ready to fall off >pool lights not working >left rear burner on stove doesn't work >Toaster handle falls off on use >Already documented a near disaster when a floor fan blade broke off and sailed across the room like a missle narrowly missing a child >hot water runs out quickly >numerous other ceiling lights are either out or don't work Generally this is a beautiful house that has clearly been neglected over the last few years both inside and out-it needs a serious general maintenance upgrade if it is to continue a VRBO- I cannot recommend it in its current condition

Great location -loved the house

We loved the house with 8 people staying there in June 2021 -it was perfect. It is in a great location and close to town and beaches. The house had all the accommodations we needed as we wanted to cook at home while we were site seeing around Maui; and not pay those high prices at the restaurants. We would stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely Home located on the golf course with beautiful ocean view. Loved having a private pool for everyone to relax in. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen was large and very nice to cook and plan meals and used the grill a lot. Loved having two choices of outdoor table/chairs We walked every morning about 3 miles to Whalers Village, a nice beach walk. Glad we stopped at Costco on our way from airport. There is a Safeway about a mile away and a local grocery store. (You'll need to get TP) Loved shopping and going to many eatery's in old town Lahaina. The Hawaii Life group were great to work with and Debbie was very easy to reach if we had questions. Can't wait to return. Mahalo!!!
