Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at Destin West, first time on the beach side, and it didnt disappoint! Perfect location to the beach. We loved catching both the Sunrise and Sunset from the balcony. The walk to the beach was so close that it made lugging all your beach toys/towels/chairs extremely easy. The condo was clean, had everything we needed to eat in or close enough to great restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!!

Great Condo!

As we are packing up to leave and incredibly sad to do so, we are remembering what a great week we've had! The condo is in a perfect location, right on the beach and pool and close to the parking garage--where we always got a perfect spot! The decor is great and the condo is much larger than what it appears in the pictures. When we come back to Destin, we will definitely be staying here. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!

This unit was wonderful. We vacationed with our 2 small children and our mother and never felt as if we were on top of each other. The views were breathtaking. The access to the beach, the pool and the water park were second to none. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. We highly recommend this vacation home!!

Perfect location and beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and plan to go back next year! Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable in the spacious condo. It was extremely well maintained and the proximity to the pool, hot tub, AND beach was unbeatable. We could easily go back and forth between all the ammenities whenever our kids wanted a change of scenery. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of condos! We’ll definitely be back. :)

Awesome Condo!

The Condo was awesome, it is better than the pictures. It is in the premiere spot as it overlooks the beach, and still wraps around to see the pool if needed, without ever knowing the pool is there. The owners are great to deal with and respond very quickly. Will definitely look to see if this condo is available every time we come down to Destin. We had 2 adults and three teenagers and it was perfect fit for all of us. Very Clean!

Such a fun trip and great accommodations!!! Only suggestion...have some sort of paper wristband to use on your day of departure. Having to check out at 10:00am with a 6:00pm departure and no access to the beach from your rental is extremely inconvenient. Not the condo owners fault but a suggestion for the property owner

Beautiful, clean & great view

Everything was very clean and welcoming. The view from the condo was stunning. The bedrooms were just as shown online and it gave us, a family with three kids, enough space to relax and have some alone time. Loved having the beach and pools so close.

Better than advertised - we’ll be back

Our expectations were blown away and we truly felt at home while staying in Steve’s place. The space has plenty of room and a full kitchen which we used often each day as well as laundry. My kids and I took full advantage of the beach and a one minute walk from the room made it all the more enjoyable. Having the pools to use was also a great feature for us all including the lazy river and zero gravity pool on the backside of the resort and a quick 5 minute walk away. Location to adjacent board walk and pier was also great and the accommodations at the rentals were also very family friendly. Steve was quick to respond to all of my questions and a delight to rent from.

Unit 202 Exceeded Our Expectations!!

From booking all the way through checking out, our experience with this property and the property owners was amazing! Owners were super easy to work with and were very helpful when I realized that I needed to move our reservation back a week. Check in was unbelievably easy and efficient. Any messages to the owners were responded to expediently. The unit itself was very spacious and well furnished. Tv’s in all the rooms. Another highlight of this unit was its proximity to the beach and water. Front door to the water was no more than a 3 minute walk as the condo is right on the beach. Great balcony off of the living room as well as the master bedroom overlooking the beach. Even the parking garage was a definite plus as it was easy to get into and always a parking spot close to where we needed to be. We loved it so much that we came home and immediately booked our next stay there! We absolutely recommend this property! See ya at the beach!!

Great condo

Our family had the best time here...much more laid back in Okaloosa Island than Miramar beach. The condo was wonderful and the location of this unit was perfect - just steps from the beach and pool. The owners were so helpful and were very responsive to all of our questions.

Best views and PERFECT location!

The property: Well maintained and tastefully beach decor! It was comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two kids) and one grandma. The accessible amenities were incredible - the beach was SO close, and any of the available pools (two in the direct vicinity, three across the bridge, and two next door with a splash pad!) were so fun to explore! The building was in good shape and with available carts it was easy to load in and pack out. The owner: Absolutely wonderful! It was great to be able to talk to someone who cared about the property and cared about our stay! He was responsive and quickly resolved the couple issues that popped up. It was so great working with him. The downside: I've given this stay a 5 star review, because it really was that good! But if I did have to be nitpicky, I'd say the two of the couches were a little saggy and worn out. We spent more time than usual in them because of Tropical Storm Alberto....but even so it didn't detract from our stay :) We really can't wait to come back!

Nice Unit with amazing views from balcony!

This unit was done out really nice inside & had everything we needed. The view from the balcony you couldn't beat looking over the sea- amazing! The complex was fab with the pools & it was just a short walk from The board walk with restaurants and bar. Would defo stay again.

Beautiful condo in the best location!

We have been going to beach resorts for years, and we finally found the perfect spot. This condo is located - direct gulf front-closest to the beach. It took us only seconds to get on the beach. This condo is close to all of the amenities at the resort also. With a 4 year old and 2 teenage boys, it is hard to find a place for everyone, but this place nailed it. There was a huge pool and splash pad right next to us and then right across the bridge to the bay side is a huge lazy river. Also, for the adults, we were able to use the Ramada amenities, which had a swim up bar. This condo is also a short walk to the pier and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. I am really picky about beds, and they were very comfortable. The owners are totally cool also. I called both Steve and Greg before the trip and asked them tons of questions, and they were happy to answer all my questions. We will definitely be back! The Schaefer's from St. Louis, MO
