Welcome to Tides at Bella Beach! Come enjoy your vacation at this beautiful cottage, only a short stroll to the beach. This home has a wonderful open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area.
Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee or cook a great meal for the family in this fully furnished kitchen! Sharing this first level is the master bedroom which includes a King size I-comfort bed and a television. Upstairs are two more tasteful bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and other with a pair of I-Comfort twin XL's. The detached studio/carriage house is located above the converted garage/gameroom and host a kitchenette and bathroom with its own queen size bed. ( with 2 large skylights it feels like a treehouse apartment ) super cute! Perfect for someone looking to spend quality time by themselves.
Don`t forget to enjoy the private fully fenced backyard with new hot tub, patio furniture, and gas BBQ, perfect for all your family, including the four legged members.
Also to note is the large side yard that includes a large deck and oversized picnic table for the family gatherings.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people with the carriage house. Access to the gameroom/garage. - which includes fun game tables like Foosball, Air Hockey, PS3, and even a sit down Pac-Man gametable.

We are an active family of four with a bug for exploration. Sitting idle can't fit in our coffee mug. Should it be anywhere near the sand or the mountains you most likely will find us.
Why they chose this property
We spend the greater part of our kids summer vacations roaming around the states. Oregon coast has always had a magnetic pull for us. The land so clean and green. Last summer we found this wonderful gem of a home and the wonderful community around. This house called our name and we could not say no. The perfect layout and location.
What makes this property unique
You are located just steps from the sand and yet close to the majority of great things to do in town. The house has one of the best yards, super spacious and secluded as well the interior is ample in size and layout. The big bonus is the carriage house above the garage. Best place for your extra guest.
